HDMI Switch 4k, Laptone Intelligent 5-Port HDMI Switcher, Splitter Box, 4K Supported, Full HD1080p, 3D with Infrared Remote Control

So when this first arrived everything seemed to work well. The instructions were clear enough, the remote would change channels as intended, as channels would automatically switch if the current device was turned off.However, after two days of use I found that trying to change channels would not work - I would press '2', but the channel would remain on '1'. At first I thought it was a remote issue so tried to do it manually on the box. When I did it this way it would change on the box for a second, before indicating that the channel had reverted back. The day after this started happening I started to not get a picture on screen at all with it remaining black. Additionally, now that I have disconnected the box to just connect my devices directly to the TV, the HDMI port does not seem to work at all (when it had been working completely fine before using the box).So be careful with this product as it looks like it has broken my TV.

The first HDMI Switcher did last for a couple of years before failing and, to be fair to the seller, it was replaced with this slightly different model when I complained. However the replacement has again failed after 18 months and this time Amazon are stating the return window has closed. So there we are, I'm off to spend more money on a better product from elsewhere.

Bought to expand a bedroom TV sadly lacking in HDMI ports (a measly 1). Very compact and easy to set up. Remote is quite small but works well enough. The remote sensor is small and unobtrusive. Switching between sources is fast and picture quality seems unaffected. Good value for money too.

Have bought a few of these over the last year & this is the only one that works as it should.Mainly use this for games consoles & past products dont work correctly with the PS4 but this having an external power supply it works great & ensures that the signal strength is strong enough. Works great with HD, 4k & HDR

Unfortunately we got a replacement as the first one didn't work and then we noticed after fitting the new one, part it never worked and then after a few days the rest of it stopped working. We ended up buying another one from Argos which works fine.

This unit came with a dead battery & when I replaced it the remote has a range of less than 2 meters.To make matters even worse only some of the buttons give IR codes that my Harmony Hub can learn so useless for my setup

The auto-switching struggles with standby (particular Nintendo switch). Returned. Avoid.

Initially this block multi connector was good. But after a few months it started to fail. Losing outputs one by one. Would not recommend. Spend a few more pounds for a better product.
