I used this tool to test out on a few shop tags and found that it works well for removing them without any issue, there are 2 holes drilled to affix to a counter with. The metal does feel a bit light but so far has held up. this device I feel would be a good replacement should your counter top removal tool break. This works for removing tags but only selected tags, for example Sensormatic tags. Once first view, you think this is just a hook, but then you look closer at it and it's really nicely made, the machining quality is really nice and has the detail and strength you don't see on first investigation

Rubbish didn't work and for nearly £40 I sent it back got a full refund

I payed for a coat and it was over a hour drive away, saw the tag was still on it and ordered this DOES NOT WORK, such a scam I want a refund asap

I have bought several different magnets off Amazon and this one is by far the best. It’s very strong takes off several different security tags. It takes a little getting used to on how to take the tags off, but this one definitely has the strength and makes it a lot easier to remove them compared to other ones that I have used. If you have ever come home from a store only to find the security tags still secured, you know what a hassle it is to have to go back to have it removed. After ending up with a bag full of clothes that still had security tags, I finally found this product online and it successfully removed a number of different security tags. it is super easy to use. Highly, highly recommend this product.

Good product

We had a very amusing incident few weeks ago. We bought some house wear clothes at the grocery store. We have used the self checkout, and were leaving the store in a hurry, because it was about to close.At the entrance the alarm went off and security guard checked the items, receipt and he said that the alarm went off because of the meat we bought. When we came home, to our surprise, we realized that the security tags on the clothes were still attached.I really didn't want to go back to store and explain what happened, so I used this tool to remove the security tags myself.It works perfectly well.
