Finally, I can write this review. I am extremely happy with the results. At the end of February, I began taking two of these a day. I had mild stomach issues within about a week so I dropped it to one a day. I’ve taken one per day for the last five months. I’m excited to say bloodwork yesterday showed my LDL dropped 29 points and my total cholesterol dropped 35 points. I have tried to eat more greens and I eat less meat.In February 2026, my LDL was 176. Yesterday it was 147In February 2026 my total cholesterol was 260; yesterday it was 225.At one pill a day, side effects? None.The capsule is a little large for me but able to be swallowed and then I recommend that you drink at least 4 ounces of water if not more so that it goes down and digests in your stomach. I do not notice any difference with energy. I have lost weight but not because of this pill. My Gastro doctor switched an acid reflux medication and that has caused some weight loss.Highly recommend this - what a way to lower LDL and total cholesterol without having to take a statin or a prescription!
