Very comfortable chair for me to work. Back support with lumbar and head support with adjustments are too good. I am 5'7 and it's very comfortable for daily office work. Best deal ever. Very good quality and sturdy chair. Smooth roll on wheels. Their customer support is sweet and they called over phone and shared the warranty details via email. Very easy to assemble in few mins.

Chair is good, but assembling it is tough & time consuming. The chair is comfortable, & good for home use. While assembling the chair it took me almost 1hour 30mins as I mistakenly screwed from wrong side & the screws provided on the chair itself were super tight, it took 20 mins just to remove the 3 screws. It’s stability is okish, the arm rest at this price should be of soft material atleast. The arm rest that I received were identical to each other & I had to unscrew one of them to make it to look the right way as the top part of arm rest were fitted for right side & not for left side. The user manual says it only takes 20 mins but that's a complete lie, minimum 30mins are required for 2 people
