The product when consumed makes you energetic but after a while mentally you feel down I don’t k know why but for me it felt this way,consuming only 1 a day is preferred more than that is bit risky I felt ,might be different from person to person

I’m not sure. It’s minty and strong and sweet- that’s good. The flavor is good. It definitely keeps me awake. I chewed one at 4pm and 3 am I am trying to g to sleep but cannot but I didn’t have the energy to do a whole lot. Tried chewing a piece in the morning and i was able to sleep that night. Focus? I don’t know. Energy? Hmmm yes. I think so. Whatever it does is subtle but it does something.

As an all-day everyday gum chewer this gum has exceeded my expectations in flavor and texture longevity.
