Loctite Kintsuglue

its' good... I used it to secure a combined jack socket / guitar strap nut that was forever coming loose.. this worked a treat... no problem. I've used Sugru many times for various fixes and it's an excellent product... thought I'd give this wannabe product a go... It does the same job and first impressions are that it's just as good. Maybe just a shade stickier to work with than sugru but it dries hard and secure.. Yep, I'd recommend it.

This is easy to use and seems to stick well and mould to the desired shape. I've used it to reconstruct some suspension towers on a Tamiya radio controlled car. I've just dropped 1 star due to it being so messy. I'd definitely recommend wearing gloves. By the time I'd finished, my hands were black and it was extremely difficult to get off without a cloth. Definitely recommended for it's purpose...just make sure you wear gloves!!!

I had a audio optic Input on my soundbase where the door had snapped and it wasn’t holding the cable in place. After months of trying blu tack and wire tape which would only hold for a couple of days I tried this. It works a treat and downs t get all gooey after long periods exposed to heat. It’s been in place for months now and no issues

This is great stuff if you can leave it the 24hrs to harden without it being moved. But it is slow to harden. But when it dose it is really strong

...the product Loctite are trying to emulate. Having used Sugru for many successful small repairs and reliable bodge jobs I bought this simply because the white wasn't in stock when I needed it. Next time I'll wait for stock to be replenished. Don't get me wrong, it's alright and does in a pinch though I can't vouch for its longevity just yet. Some points keep in mind though: 1. Each wee pack contain less than the corresponding individual Sugru pack 2. It's a looser, softer texture so more difficult (& messier) to shape. My usual tactic of rolling it into a sausage to cram it into wee fissures or around edges wasn't as successful with Kintsuglue - I couldn't get a consistent thickness, it was sticking to my fingers and kept breaking away. Same goes for forming a chunkier form: too soft to properly mould. 3. It's stickier on the skin and really gets stuck in the whorls of your fingerprints. It also somewhat damaged my skin so be careful about that.

I can confirm the product itself is very sticky, and very soft in comparison to Sugru, which is pretty firm overall. As long as youre gentle and handle it property, you can mould it the same way, and it should do an equally good job. But it loses a star simply because it's not as easy as Sugru given its softness and it's likelihood to want to stick to your hands.

Use this stuff all the time, and it's currently holding my GoPro the the chin of my full face helmet! Easy to use, dries solid but does make a mess of your fingers if you're not wearing gloves.

Does the job well. Shape this into whatever you need and leave it overnight to go hard. It is very messy to work with so wear gloves. It also becomes very soft when played with too much. My advice is to get it just pliable and then start to form it into whatever you need to form it to, then leave it to set overnight for solid strength.

Ho utilizzato il prodotto in oggetto per fissare un cavo nell'abitacolo dell'auto. Ottimo prodotto, si presta a molteplici usi. Bisogna però fare attenzione che, una volta aperta la bustina nella quale è contenuto, occorre utilizzarlo subito, se ci si tarda ad utilizzarlo reagisce con l'aria (si ossida?) e non si riesce più ad utilizzarlo.

Che dire, funziona! Ho salvato cavi e connettori di alcune cuffie che ormai consideravo perduti. Se solo costasse un pò meno...

simple efficace

Ojo, es publicidad engañosa porque dicen que es un pack de tres e incluso te dan un precio por unidad, pero no es cierto. Viene un solo paquete por el precio de lo que costarían tres. Una estafa, comprad tres sueltos
