Really attractive floral runner rug!!
I purchased this runner rug in the red/gray/black color choice. I LOVE the floral design. It's gorgeous. It lays in a highly frequented hallway in my home. Lots of foot and paw traffic back and forth! I had purchased a non-slip rug pad to go under it, but we have yet to unpackage the pad and cut it to size! This is laying directly on wood parquet flooring and it is not sliding around even when our big Newfoundland dog walks over it. Our cats play with their toys and run back and forth on it, too. It does not slide around. I actually bought this because my older Newfy did not like walking on the "slick" wood floor. This runner rug gives him the traction he needs so he can walk safely without straining a ligament in his leg joints. Rug reviews tend to mention the chemical odors of the rugs, but I have to say this one did not have any heavy chemical odor at all. The rug does not feel rough and is as soft as I expected. If I had to say anything bad, I would say I wish it was a little thicker than it is. However, for the price, the thickness is reasonable. (If you want a really thick runner rug, be prepared to pay a premium price. I know because I looked at and considered a few. Personally, I thought the thick runners were outrageously priced.) I am quite satisfied with this runner.

not very slip resistant
the rug is so pretty... and i did catch it on sale... so i really want to be able to use it.... it has been laying out for about 3days to flatten. and that is going fine.. but it slides easily on my floor. other than it not gripping the floor - quality is really good. good enough and so pretty that i will give in and get some rug grippers for it.. as i got it at a very good price...

FALL HAZZARD!
I WILL SAY IT IS BEAUTYFUL BUY THAT IT. THEY ARE TOO THIN AND KEEPS ROLLING UP ON EDGES EVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS. THE MAKERS SEEMS TO THINK THAT SUBSTITUTING 3'3" WIDTH TO A 2' WIDTH WOULD NOT BE NOTICED IN QUALITY. THESE ARE A HAZZARD TO FALLING FOR ANYONE ANYONE ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY. MAYBE RUBBER BACKING COULD HELP KEEP THEM FROM SLIDING BUT THENON SLIP RUG PAD RUG GRIPPERS DIDN'T.
