GREAT PRODUCT
EXCELLENT QUALITY, WELL PACKAGED, EASILY ASSEMBLED PROVIDED YOU ARE A LITTLED MECHANICALLY INCLINED, ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WEAK FOR THE CHAIN AND CHAIN DERAILER. CABLES ARE ROUTED AND PREATTACHED. HARDWEARE IS LOOSELY INSTALLED AT THE CORRECT POSITIONS. WILL TAKE A FEW HOURS TO ASSEMBLE SO HAVE PATIENCE.

Warning!
It is VERY VERY hard to build, The instructions it came with are not even for the same bike! They had different parts and completely just skipped parts. I have been working on this thing for a few weeks and have been having to supplement instructions with videos online. I have it mostly built now and come to find the seat cant hold my weight.. I am not a big person but everytime I sit on it the seat rolls back. I even hurt myself when I first tried to ride it. I follow the directions for the seat to a tee, Even used my own tools to make sure it was tight as hell. But.. once more the seat was not the same as the directions.. TLDR, Dont buy this unless you are a professional bike builder and want a challenge and have your own tools..

Great product poor docs
I love the trike, now that I have it assembled. The problem was that the assembly instructions were for a different trike, similar but not identical and the tools supplied were all the wrong size.

Works Well
I purchased this for a friend who is paralyzed in one arm from being in a car crash. She loves it. Her brother in law assembled it. It came quickly with easy to follow tracking.
