This is a parallel port cable; astounding that they still make them!
I've been using a wonderful legacy EMR program in my medical, even though it's dos-based. As a small number of you in the over-40 crowd may recall, DOS can print only through parallel or serial ports. This is a parallel port cable. Astounding they still make them.
