Works wonderfully
I have to admit I did not buy this product for a pet cage. I bought it to use as armchair covers for an elderly person to protect the recliner. No matter how careful they are stuff always gets on the arms of the chair. It works wonderfully for this so I would image it would work great for pets like it is intended. The material is soft and waterproof. I can simply put it in the washer if it gets dirty.
