Looks and performs just like the original, good value for right around 30 considering everything breville is usually pricey.

Cracked Housing upon shipment
Product arrived cracked. I was unable to return to manufacture because I didn’t realize the crack until after a month of owning it. Left in box because I work too much. I just have 2 cracked reservoirs 😩

Use of our machine
What a great way to save our machine. The water was leaking and put in the info on Amazon and 2 days later we have the use of our machine that we have had for 15 years!

Tank is perfect; packing could be improved.
Shipping: On Time; packing pouches were unattached and were underneath the tank. When that happens, receiving an undamaged plastic reservoir is Lucky! The reservoir is in perfect shape, and I am relieved to have it replacing the original one, which cracked due to being dropped, when the handle cracked on the way to the sink to refill it. There was enough weight with the water at the "Mininum" level to stress and break off one of the tabs that engage with the tank, itself. PSA: Support the weight of the reservoir with a hand underneath.. do not carry the tank by the "handle".
