Great Customer Service
Ordered Hiseeu 4 camera security system to replace an aging system that quit.Product arrived in a couple of days.Installation was a breeze as I was able to use the existing power cords. So just swapped out the cameras and was good to go.Quality seems to be good. Wouldn’t place in weather but under the eaves works great.Picture quality better than I was expecting, I am really impressed with picture quality both at day and night time. Playback picture quality is also great with magnification that stays clear and sharp.About a month after purchase one camera went out, had to keep taking it down and resetting. Sent email to customer service and received a response the following day. After verifying it was not operator error I was advised a new camera would be shipped. Peggy was very prompt with her replies and resolved my issue.

Buen producto con un pero
El sistema es bueno, la calidad de la imagen es buena, el único pero es que las cámaras no se conectan a tu red wifi para llegar el NVR por lo que la distancia wireless no es tan amplia como debería.

Easiest System of all
I have installed surveilance systems at our church, our institute and my home, but all required a lot of time and effort to do all of the wiring. Even my wireless system at home had to have electrical outlets installed near every camera. This system is fantastic. All you do is install the Receiver DVR box in a central location to get the best signal from each camera, install the cameras where you want surveilance, and you're done! The app guides you through the setup proceedure and you can check the cameras from anywhere. I plan on getting more units for my rental properties.

Solicito reemplazo
El NVR está dañado ya instale las cámaras y las prorgrame pero el NVR no funciona solicito reemplazo o me indiquen a qué número me comunico o en su caso si devuelvo el NVR porque ya tengo instaladas las cámaras por eso el REMPLAZO DENVR
