This riser allows my husband with current mobility issues to travel so much easier. So many toilets are quite low and this riser allows the additional lift needed. The comfort of the padding and stability of the straps and suction cups as well as the ease of attaching and detaching quickly makes it a terrific product. It does not slip. It fits every toilet seat we’ve used it for. I am going to buy another to keep on hand. I highly recommend this product!

This seat is wonderful, I am short, 5ft tall, the raised seats are just too tall even on the lowest setting. I got this seat and it was easy to place, it was 2 inches in thickness and white in color, it fit the lid of my toilet well. The suction cups and velcro straps did great, didn’t slide around once attached to the toilet lid. 2 inches helps me sit comfortably with my surgical knee not placed in a bind with sitting or standing. It is soft but sturdy and does not smash flat when sitting. The toile lid does not close but thats not a concern of mine currently. So Thankful! I recommend! This purchase has certainly fulfilled the need for which it was intended. My husband is recovering from a stroke and this toilet seat makes going to the bathroom much more comfortable for him. The extra height makes it easier to get up and down, and the padded seat is much more comfortable than the hard toilet seat. The downside of this product is that it prevents the toilet lid from being able to be closed. Also, cleaning the toilet is more difficult with this seat attached. Not impossible…just more difficult. It is hard to clean between the attached seat and the original toilet seat. And not being able to raise the seat all the way makes it more difficult to clean the inside of the bowl. However, that being said, I would still recommend this product for an individual with this type of need. The comfort it provides to the user is worth the extra effort, in my opinion.

I have another 4" brand at home for an elderly family member. However, we were going on road trip and the one at home was to bulky and rigid for travel. This one has straps and suction cups to keep it in place. It was a godsend for low toilets in hotels. After the first time or two, we just put it on the seat and didn't even use the straps. The suction cups stick right away and keep the riser in place. They work so well I was afraid I was going to damage the toilet seat! (But that never happened -- it just made a loud noise when I took it off!). My 'adopted mom' kept commenting on how comfortable it was and wanted to make sure it was ours! It is 3 inches tall and a little cushiony (but not too much), so it is very comfortable, but doesn't lose the height. It will go on every trip with us. It made the trip so much easier and she didn't end up with her knees killing her from having to get up and down on those toilets.

I have severe arthritis in both my knees. Bending to sit on a toilet seat is more than just difficult, it’s extremely painful. I had one toilet in my hall bathroom changed with a chair height Kohler model.. The total cost was $700 for the toilet, plumber, parts and installation. ccomforetable and the height helps a lot, but a litle too soft/squishy and I have a bad back and sometimes feels like it's not firm enough and will tweak my injuries if I sit on it slightly off/. Difficult to attach with bad back. toilet lid can't go straight up because of the thickness. So gotta sit in a stool and hold the seat at an angle with one hand while trying to get the straps through the loops with the other single handedly. The suctions cups are very strong. I neded up not bothering with the back loops. Another problem is cleaning the toilet. You have to pull it off and it is really stuck with the suctions cups.

Fit just fine, height is as shown, lightweight and easy to move, appearance is white, it is firm yet soft. it was easy to install. It would have gotten 5 stars but one of the straps was torn.
