Tasty!
I dont like how salty some electrolytes taste, which i dont get at all from this. I do prefer one scoop in my half gallon water bottle, because i dont like drinking these with too heavy of a flavor. I feel it works best when i drink it lightly throughout the day.

Hydration Game-Changer!
I was hesitant to try this at first because I was worried it would taste like salty water with a little flavor, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance—that’s not the case at all! While I noticed a slight saltiness the first couple of times, it quickly faded, and now I’m a total Re-Lyte fan. I drink it every day, switch up the flavors, and haven’t found one I don’t like (watermelon lime is my current favorite!). The ingredients are clean and way better than the stuff you find at the grocery store, and best of all—it doesn’t upset my stomach. I can truly feel a difference on the days I drink it compared to just plain water. It even helps me drink more water overall. Honestly, being properly hydrated makes me a nicer person—so everyone wins!
