in-ear detection didn't work properly on the right earbud. when i plugged it out, music played and when i plugged it back in, playback stopped. i had to hit the play button twice eveyrtime. and ofc there was no question of using the earbuds without this crucial feature. so i ordered a pickup and got a refund of the product.was not satisfied with the microphone system either, which is a shame considering how these guys advertise the so called "ENX technoology" as a highlight about the product so much.however the earbuds were quite robust, and didn't fall off the ears while shaking the head. they were handy and easy to use. sound quality was great as well.p.s. i had to contact the boat team to return the item as amazon doesn't offer refunds (explicitly) on this device. contact the customer care in case any issues come up. the experience was flawless on amazon's side as well, so great job there.
