I brought this doll for my daughters 6th birthday she's had it 12 hours she just went to change the dolls clothes and the head has come off how to ruin a little girls birthday she's absolutely gutted!!! I want my money back!!!

After looking over the doll, I can see how the head would fall off as so many had said. The hair is cute in the photos, but absolutely terrible. It is chopped all over the place. The back is super long for no reason. When you try to fix the back of the hair it will break a comb. You must situate the doll in weird positions just to get the hair decent. The left arm is turnt in a way that makes it diffocult to pose the doll. I would invest in a wig or hair replacement. The doll does not have much weight to it but great size. The feet are too smal for the body and the arms seem long to me but that could just be me. The coloring of the doll is more of a bland un natural look so you have to pick things for her to wear that will take attention away from the pugment. If not for the hair and the paint job, this would be a lovely doll to collect. Lack of quality just makes it another doll to give a kid to drag around, so if you can find thia doll for a cheaper price...I recomend doing so.

Bought this doll for my daughters birthday. The first six pictures are of the doll we bought. The dolls fingers, toes, arms and face turned grayish blue on the first day we opened it. We have no idea why. Wrote to the company and they gave us ideas to take off the discoloration. Nothing worked. They decided to send us a replacement doll (which is why I am giving one star). The second doll had a discoloration mark on her hand. It appears to have come from her pants. Her hand just happens to be rested right on one of the circles. The last two pictures will show this. I was beyond frustrated dealing with this issue twice. After contacting the company again I was told to send both dolls back. I was given an address somewhere in California even though I was told not to send the first one back to get fixed because it was overseas. That's confusing! I will never deal with this company again. This was my experience. Not good.

1 arm was not proportionally sized with the body. The doll itself was really cute. But just has a really long arm on 1 side. Looks goofy but we're hoping our granddaughter doesn't mind.

Only thing I dislike is I can't find a play stroller because doll is too big. But my daughter loves her she named her Strawberry.

This doll is so precious. My daughter loves her.
