Right amount of heat but I feel that there should be another level of adjusting heat too as "2" is barely sufficient for me.

Relaxing:)
I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this without seeing it first, but I'm glad I did! It's lightweight, easy to use and quick. I love the lavender color too. My face felt so soft and supple and my sinuses broken up. A few tips; put a few drops of eucalyptus for any congestion, rosemary to clear your mind and lavender to relax. I like to slice a lemon, put a few drops of honey on it and rub on my face like a mask immediately after steaming while the pores are open. Leave on for 15-20 and wala! A very effective and cost effective at-home facial that brightens, tightens and clears. You're welcome.

idk what "sheerness" means in the "rate features" so I marked it neutral. This item works perfectly, I set timer for 15 mins and it shut off perfectly right at 15 mins when the water steamed out and was empty. My face felt so good after using this. I implemented it into my routine and use it 2-3 times a week. Great buy

Easy to set up and use
The product arrived as described, it was very easy to set up and use. The steam lasted me more than 20 minutes and the temperature switch was nice to be able to switch between low and high. I can definitely see this product working to help congestion as well. Overall, great product!

For me it was too hot on both setting yet not producing barely any steam.

Great price and quality
This product is cheap and does a good job. It is worth it if your looking for an easy basic steam for either face or throat. I’ve been using it and adding essential oils and been breathing in the steam and it has helped my voice like crazy. Strongly recommend for singers.
