I tried to make this product work but simply could not tolerate it. While the idea is novel and theoretically should work, it misses when it comes to holding your tongue out properly. Despite even max suction my tongue would eventually slip out. In addition, it put negative pressure on my tongue creating a weird tingling sensation. When it wasn’t doing this, my saliva was being mass produced due to the object choking me in my own saliva at times. Was not a pleasant experience. On top of that, this expensive piece of plastic is non refundable. Buyer beware

Update - I contacted customer service because of the issue of the product rubbing against my gum and being uncomfortable. They offered to send me a brand new one that is smaller in size. Do I wish I didn't need to use the Stop Snore device? Of course, but since I do have a problem with sleep apnea and have tried the CPAP machine which I hated, I knew I had to find something else. When I read about this device, I stuck my tongue out at night and suddenly, everything opened up and my breathing improved and I couldn't even make a snoring sound. I thought it was worth a try. I like the size of it and like many have said, it isn't the easiest thing to get used to, but eventually you do. All I know is that I am waking up feeling much more refreshed and feeling like I actually slept at night.It also does not make noise like the CPAP machine did, so my husband isn't bothered by it. It does make me drool and sometimes it falls out, but I easily put it back in again. I can travel easily with it and it is easy to keep clean and take care of. It is a lot of money for a tiny little device, but the cost is worth it when I wake up feeling so much better. I give this a 4 star rating because I have to be honest and say that I don't love to wear it, but it's worthy of a 5 star rating for how I now feel. Before trying it out, just stick your tongue out for a few minutes as you lie awake and see if you feel any different and see if the drooling and feeling of the tongue being out bothers you too much. If it does, then this product will not be for you. I am so thankful that I took a chance on it because it is making the world of difference for me!

I initially started with the larger mouthpiece, and while it did stop my snoring, it was uncomfortable and rubbed against my gums. Despite that, I didn’t want to give up on the product because it was clearly effective. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They gladly sent me the smaller mouthpiece free of charge. I've been using the smaller size for a few nights now, and it has made a big difference. It is much more comfortable, still stops my snoring, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’ve tried other products in the past that also helped with snoring, but they caused jaw pain or led to shifting in my teeth over time. This time, I was really looking for something gentler, and I think I’ve finally found it. This mouthpiece is comfortable, doesn’t hurt my jaw, doesn’t shift my teeth, and most importantly, it works. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!
