Ir does not steam. It is on almost for one hour and a half and I am still waiting. Unfortunately I did not see the return window was only 2 days and wanted to wait for Friday to try it with family. Worthless

Faulty. Did not work. No heat at all

This is an awesome little product, it's made of plastic but it works fantastic. Just don't leave the buns on the top too long or they get soggy. The reason I'm returning this is because it leaked on the bottom. I had to put it on a towel. I didn't think I had too much water in it. I filled it according to the directions. Nevertheless, I would recommend this product. It is an awesome little hot dog, warmer and a great seller. It came very quickly. I highly recommend

I have actually ordered 4 of these now. I originally ordered two, one for our house and one for a club I'm in. Family was over when we were using it once and my mother-in-law asked for one too. Someone who saw it at the club I'm in asked for one as well. They all work great. Easy to clean, Easy to setup, to the point where my 10 year old makes dinner for us and loves it. Nice steamed buns are awesome if you add some cheese on the bun fresh out and before you add the dog. MMMmmmm getting hungry just thinking about it
