Construction Management: Subcontractor Scopes of Work

I own a contracting firm and can attest that a well written scope of work solves many many problems. This is the first book I've found that covers such a broad variety of elements and quickly bridges the experience gap some junior PM's and superintendents face in considering everything they want their subcontractors to do. It will payback its cost in time and money on the first change order you avoid.

Very informative book, I especially like the attention to detail and the overall size of the book isn't to demanding.
