The phone' interface (UI) is buggy
I've experienced significant issues with the UI of the Umidigi A13 Pro Max. Apps start automatically, and the phone even attempts to type in lock PINs by itself. This problem arises when the phone is left unused for a while and then unlocked, causing the screen to become erratic.Despite resetting the phone multiple times and checking for software updates, no updates are available from Umidigi. The device runs on OS 12, with the build number UMIDIGI_A13_Pro_Max_5G_V1.0_20230303. Also, the Camera doesn't work despite clearing cache and storage. Disappointingly, there is no technical support provided by Umidigi, which is extremely frustrating. This brand has proven to be unreliable and cheap. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I would recommend investing in a Samsung A series phone, which you can find for under £250. Samsung offers reliable support and a two-year warranty in the UK, providing much better value for money.

Seemed a good buy , but after 5 months not so good .
Bought to replace an oppo phone that was not holding charge, my last phone was Android 13 and updated frequently, this one is 12 as advertised, but I expected it to have updated by now not the case. My main gripe though is after only 5 months the problems have started, have already had to replace the charger that came with it , now the earphone socket has stopped working. Facebook pass you onto the manufacturers website for support , totally unable to get an email to the manufacturer as the form is not compatible with my problem , i.e. how do I submit a photo showing not able to hear properly through headphones , plus the fact the page freezes when you press the submit button, my advice is pay more for oppo or more known make .

Nothing
It clearly states it supports NFC but it doesn't wasted £219 on this phone

Sub-standard
Bought it by mistake. Wanted a Samsung. Not easy to set, and ring tone very low even at the highest.

No contactless payments
I live the style and memory and unfortunately that is it. Tried adjusting camera settings but still the photos look like from 20 Years ago, very poor quality and no contactless payments available, these are huge disadvantages
