Another Happy Client
purchased this Dell monitor for one of my clients, and they have been extremely happy with it. The QHD resolution provides a sharp, clear picture, making it excellent for office work, multitasking, web browsing, and everyday use. The 27-inch size offers plenty of screen space without taking up too much room on the desk. Colors look great, text is crisp, and the 100Hz refresh rate makes everything feel smoother than a standard monitor. As someone who regularly installs computers and monitors for clients, I appreciate products that are reliable and easy to recommend. Setup was simple, and the monitor worked perfectly right out of the box. The client loves it, and based on this experience, I would not hesitate to purchase it again for future installations.

Get it!
I hardly ever write a review, let alone one of a monitor, something I plan to use for years without changing. But this model really deserves praise. It has the perfect size and the perfect resolution. I think 4K is an overkill for a 27-inch monitor, yet 1080p is too low. 2K strikes the perfect balance between the two, giving me crisp texts yet not making everything appear super small as 4K monitors of this size tend to do. The display is very beautiful. I use it with my MacBook Pro mostly for work, including coding, writing and some occasional video consumption. The 100Hz refresh rate is very nice to have. Finally, two things really surprised me about this monitor. First, it is ridiculously easy to set up. The packaging is very simple and aids my unboxing nicely. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. Second, the speaker is surprisingly good, like I-don't-expect-it-to-be-this-good good! It's not a Bose speaker of course, but it is definitely sufficient for watching videos and listening to music on a daily basis. Overall, really good monitor, and I'm very happy with my purchase. If you're looking for one to use for your workstation setup, I'd really recommend it! It's an investment for years to come, and I would find it hard to think the price is unreasonable.

I.T. Director Approves with 2 THUMBS UP!
As an I.T. professional for decades... I've opened a LOT of monitors. Yes, this does what you'd expect from a product perspective. I've ordered and installed a couple dozen of these so far. Great screens, no dead pixels, 27" with 2K resolution, comes with HDMI cable, built in power supply so no dumb wall wart or AC adapter. All good things... But let me tell you what the biggest perk is of this thing if you are buying a lot of monitors... THE PACKAGING. Yes folks, you heard it here first. I appreciate SO MUCH the choices here. Dell nailed it: - No styrofoam blocks that inevitably break in transit and then leave dozens of single pellets of static electricity annoyance that cling to everything like a toddler to a mom's leg when all she wants is to use the bathroom in peace - No sliding a block of goods out of a too-tight box that won't move because the "handle" punch-ins were used and now they block any possible extraction of the contents of said box - No stickers on the bezel that advertise stats about the monitor that you already purchased and don't need to have as selling points, but inevitably leave some sticky residue when removed - No fingerprint magnet piano black covered in cellophane peels that you will either miss removing or you will remove and then will stick to you despite you flicking your wrist towards the trash can 8 times only to find it on your shoe later in the day - No plastic sheet covering the screen taped on with industrial strength shipping adhesive tape with fiber reinforcements that surely will not pull off cleanly and will instead peel like a banana when you try to remove it - No tape sealing every possible ingress point of the box that requires you to cut every seam wondering where the heck the open end is They NAILED it. The box is opened by laying it on its side, cutting a single piece of tape, opening the lid, pulling out the power and HDMI cables, stand parts (assembled tool-less), and then lifting off a single cardboard insert to reveal a foam bag which is pre-torn at the middle-bottom and you can tear further to expose the VESA mount and snap the stand into the monitor, lift it up and out... plug in cables, snap on a cover, and done. You are left with only cardboard save for a few sheets of paper, a foam bag, and a plastic bag from the power cable (not sure why a bag is needed) and a plastic wrap (that easily slides off) from the HDMI cable. If you need quick turnaround and/or appreciate relatively friendly environmentally conscious packaging, this is the winner. Best I've ever seen in terms of packaging. Plus it looks nice as a white monitor. Well worth the price if you can find it sub $200. Even at full price it's worth it if you are buying in bulk as it will save you time and hassle in deployment. Well done Dell! I bought one... then dozens more. It's now my "go-to" monitor for office use.

Unexpectedly Powerful Speakers
Historically I have not been a fan of Dell products but I Love this monitor! It's nice and bright and the integrated speakers are shockingly powerful. The volume was turned up about halfway by default when I first tried playing some video through it and it was so loud. Make sure you turn the volume down when setting up the first time. You will not need any additional desktop speakers which reduces desktop clutter and cost from extra peripherals. I also love the tiny little joystick navigation nub on the back. Much better than having a bunch of buttons on a monitor or TV trying to figure out which ones to press. I wasn't sure I'd like the zen sand inspired design but in person it is very elegant and premium feeling. I have mine on a third party VESA monitor arm against a window though so I don't really get to see the white back. It's a very minimal monitor from the front. I have been so pleased with this model that I recently purchased a sinilar, slightly smaller model from this line with the same design for a family member based on how much I liked the first one and got to attach the included stand for the first time. It's a very nice, minimal stand that is sturdy without being bulky or unnecessarily heavy. Some models include an easy height adjustment as well. The base is also a great size for setting their Beelink Mini PC on since the design of the included stand doesn't allow for vesa mounting a mini computer to the back. The only thing I might change is that the ports are linited with two HDMI and only one Display Port. There's lots of room in the back panel for an extra spare port or two. You don't necessarily need them but they're nice to have if one should fail or if you wanted switch between two DP devices for example.

Great monitor
I love the options this monitor has. The picture quality is great, sound is also good. I do not regret this purchase. Replaces an old 20" monitor that had no speakers. Since I have a small desk in my apartment I wanted speakers built in. Easy plug and play like most electronics today.

Video works on a Mac but sound not so much
Purchased the S2725DS for use with Apple Mac Studio M2 Ultra. At under $180 at time of purchase, this display is way cheaper than the Apple version and the Dell stand has height adjustment at no additional cost. Using HDMI, my resolution is 2560x1440 at 100Hz. I am not a gamer so the refresh is good enough. Currently using the Dell S2725DS color profile and it seems OK for photo editing. The sound is good but I cannot adjust volume from the keyboard or Mac desktop. In the Mac sound settings, the output is over HDMI and output volume is grayed out. Using the monitor physical control is way too involved for a quick volume adjustment. That said the level is loud at 1% and only gets very loud. Would be nice if the monitor had dedicated volume up/down buttons. I am using an amp and desktop speakers via the headphone jack so the monitor sound issues are not a deal breaker for me. Dell support website shows no drivers and software for Mac OS. The Apple App Store shows no Dell software. So I am giving this 4 stars as it is a decent display but the sound is not Mac OS compatible.

Illustrator Approved!
Decided to finally ditch 1080P and I wish that I have done it sooner. This is a great monitor. It is bright and the colors are really nice. It looks good from the box, but I needed to do a little tweaking to get it similar to my Wacom Cintiq for consistency...pretty close. It might take some time getting used to the smaller everything, but they all look sharp and crisp. It was between this and an LG 32" QHD...I think I made the right choice. 27" with 1440 is a sweet spot. A 32" may have been too big for someone like me who sits really close to the monitor. Pros: Great IPS Display Colors Brightness Clarity Build Quality The Speakers are really good! THE STAND...oooh the stand is great! CONS: Not much...I wished that there were more setting options. Even a cheap Sceptre had options for adjusting CMYK, Gamma, Etc.

Sleek, smart, sexy + crystal clear = my new monitor crush
First of all, these 27" monitors are gorgeous. The 'ash white' is more of a matte silver and beautiful, so much lighter and modern compared to standard black. The components are high-quality, sleek, and well-built. Secondly... the resolution is AMAZING. I'm using 2 of these with a MacBook Pro and had some initial connectivity issues, but did the ol' restart of everything (turned monitors off first), and they came right on after that. The color controls are easy to use, but I just stayed with the factory settings because the display looked the best. I'm a web developer and designer, and these are my new favorite monitors. Easy to adjust, crystal clear picture, and effortless to throw my eyeballs on - like a tall glass of water for the eyes. You won't find anything better at this price point.

Pas déçu, pas subjugué
Rien à signaler. On perd certes en qualité/clarté dans les angles et le "bezel" est un tout petit peu moche, mais pour un usage bureautique, c'est parfait. Résiste même à la pisse de chat 👍

Beautiful monitors at a great price. Upgraded from 24" 1920x1200 and the extra screen is a game changer for work.
