Gifted this to a 12yr old girl who is obsessed with choker style necklaces and she is pretty crafty so this seemed to blend the two together.

This is a jewelry making kit. You need tools. I was unfamiliar with jewelry making so I had no idea what was needed. You have to make the looks to connect the pieces which was a little more challenging than I expected. It was a little more than my 7 year old had patience for.

My 11 year old granddaughter loved the kit since she’s into chokers and is so creative, it was the perfect gift for her.

For the price, I expected more beads and better quality. I've purchased Juicy Couture in the past and feel they sacrificed quality for the price. My 12 year-old granddaughter was having a hard time making something she would actually wear or give away. Using a few of her own items, she put together something for a gift but she should have been able to use what was in the kit without adding her own. The instructions are not that easy for her so she went with what she could figure on her own. The ribbon frays easy so that needs improvement. I gave three stars since my granddaughter said she'd give it three and she is the one using it, but in reality, I feel it's a one star kit.

Bought this for a birthday party for my daughters friend and it was a huge hit! For the money it’s definitely worth it!
