This really is a comprehensive guide to starting out in certified organic farming. I don't know if I'll ever get around to running my own organic farm someday, but this book offers a wealth of information on where to start. A great investment!!!

This book also gives you real life examples of organic farming operations and the examples carries you through their struggles, mistakes, and accomplishments, which I considered very helpful.
