Im always going to different meeting and events. So I needed a watch that could easily match a large number of outfits. When I came across this one I knew I had to have it.Setting the time and date on this watch is fairly simple. Just pull out the knob and adjust it to the time/date that works for you!This watch gives off a very minimalistic look, but it is super sleek and stylish!Its has a solid metal feel which always gives me a little extra comfort!The band is made of a flexible material that is comfortable and east to wear!The face is made with a smooth glass!The hands and other features of the face are a shiny silver so they catch the light well and make the watch stand out so much more!I would recommend this watch to someone looking for a “upscale” look thats not super flashy, yet very eye catching!

I like my smart watches but don’t like when I forget to charge them in a timely fashion and end up with a dead timepiece.Sometimes a “dumb” watch is the way to go.But one does have to wonder how anybody can sell a mechanical watch for under $10 and hope to make any sort of profit.So, I decided to visit the Aiyishi US storefront (the watch face states Gediyar but the seller is Aiyishi) and discovered they sell quite a few watches for under $10 and just one that goes up to $15.Can’t expect much quality for that price-point, now can we?However, I was pleasantly surprised.Construction is obviously metal (bottom is stainless steel and the top looks similar) with a silicone band and, much like the ad shows, it comes with luminous markings and a date window (technically windows since it shows 5 dates with the center number being the current date).Of note, the hands are luminous to a point but the minute and hours markings are too dim no matter what.Beyond that, it’s a standard quartz watch, but I must take issue with the statement that it’s waterproof. At best, it’s water resistant and even the ad states it should handle rain and maybe a hand-washing, but don’t expect too much more.In fact, the bottom of the watch is clearly marked, “Water Resistant”; however, I am going to ding a star just because the ad is somewhat misleading in that respect.Included instructions are decent, although it doesn’t take an advanced degree to figure out pulling out the crown sets time and date functions.However, here is one test I always perform on analog watches – the crown test. If I pull out the crown to change the time and/or date and I hear a grinding noise, that indicates cheap internal components guaranteed to fail.Well, this watch passed. Crown rotation is fluid and precise – no initial worries there.So far it seems to keep the time and the date changes after midnight sometime, so you can’t expect too much more for $7. Cripes, it’ll probably cost me more to change the battery when it eventually dies.If you plan on giving this as a gift, buy a different box. This one comes in an obviously cheap cardboard sleeve that reeks as cheap.Better grab one before somebody figures out they can charge more.

This watch comes with a crappy battery but even when you get a new one that is more expensive than the watch itself; it still struggles with holding time, gets caught up the the 60 second mark, delayed second arm and just other watch functions that just don’t work.

The item arrived well protected. My husband was able to set it up in less than a couple minutes. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this watch is considering it’s under 10 bucks. The silicone band is comfortable and feels good, the face of the watch is clear and big, the gold accent wasn’t cheap looking and the watch had a good amount of heft/weight to it. It didn’t feel cheap. The numbers are all clear and easy to read, including the date. Even the glass looked clean and pristine. The packaging could use a little bit of upgrading- it’s the only thing that looks a little cheap- but that’s not a big deal. The item itself is nice and a great deal for the price. Zero complaints, would recommend.

The strap is comfortable and feels quite robust, and the dial/body color combination is sharp and eye catching. As with other watches that share the same internals, setting the date is fiddly - it would be nice if there was more of a positive stop when pulling the crown out to the date-adjust position, and to be honest it doesn't keep time all that accurately. That said, I'm not wearing it to tell the time (I have a phone for that), I'm wearing it because it matches my outfit, and it's nice to be able to get a watch at this price that looks this good.

This is everything you’d want - sleek and thin. The perfect “everyday” watch, especially if you might be doing some activities that would risk breaking the face. The band was a tad long for my tastes (like just a few mm too long) - other than that: stylish for a sport watch and at an amazing price.

I got this watch for my 13 yo. I think it's appropriate for a teen, but maybe not so appealing for an adult. This watch looks nice, but it doesn't necessarily make a statement. It does what it's supposed to, which is tell the time. It is easy to set the time and easy to read the time. The silicone band makes the wear comfortable, and I believe it's waterproof, although we didn't test the theory. This watch doesn't look expensive, but it's doable for a temporary watch.
