Reliable but can be heavy
This thing is a beast when it coming to charging my IPhone 16 Pro Max. Last a long time when traveling. Only thing to mention is it is heavy. And this is to be expected given that it holds its charge for a long time and can charge my phone and others a couple times over.

Incredible tool for portable power
I absolutely love this thing. I keep it in my work bag and can charge my power-hungry laptop, Samsung tablet, and phone all at once. The star of the show here is the 140 watt output that can charge my laptop - no other charger I own can (on the go). This thing is fairly large and heavy, but it is extremely high quality and I think it'll last forever. Anker makes great stuff. Having the ability to see how many charges I can complete for each device given the current state of the device is awesome. The Bluetooth connection and app is surprisingly useful. I love that I can charge this thing using BOTH USB-C inputs to double the speed! Note that I did NOT buy the charging base as this was expensive enough as it was. Love this thing. I bought a case for it here on Amazon. It's amazing. Just make sure you have cables capable of the wattage you're looking to use this for. I bought a few especially for this device (one was a 240 watt cable, one was 100 watt, and the other was 65 watts). Anker sells plenty of great cables! One last note: This thing may be large but it cannot work miracles. It can charge my laptop not even once fully... However my laptop battery is massive. I can charge my phone 3-4 times and my tablet like 2-3 times I believe. If you're charging all three at once, like in my photo, it'll eat through the battery QUICKLY. But everything charges really quickly (my phone got Super Fast Charging 2.0, which is the quickest it can do).

A Favorite Travel Accessory
I love this for traveling. It will charge my phone, laptop, and everything in between. USB-C and USB-A. The screen clearly tells you how much battery life is left and how close it is to being fully charged. I just hope I don't ever break the screen. Because of its capacity, it is not a quick charge. Just plug it in when you're going to bed and its ready to go in the morning. Yes, there are charge ports in every airport and just about every airplane now but with this, there's no concerns about getting hacked when you plug your phone in. This also works in travel coaches and on the trail. Its heavy but worth its weight to me. Finally, there have been times I've been told to take it out of my carry on for the x-ray but I've never had any other problems. For the frequent traveler, I highly recommend.

USELESS DEVICE! Turned into a 2-pound brick while traveling
I purchased this power bank with the intention of using it on an international trip to charge camera batteries, headlamp, and cell phone. I tried it out several times at home before traveling to see how well it worked; it worked well and functioned efficiently, charging my phone, iPad, camera batteries, etc. So . . . a few weeks later, having traveled halfway around the globe, I finally arrived at my destination, and to my horror discovered the unit was completely non-functional, only giving me the message on its lovely LCD screen: "UTP The detected temperature is too low. Please stop using." Try as I might, every time I plugged something into the unit, I received this error message and the unit shut off. I was left with a useless two-pound brick that I carried with me for two weeks. Upon returning home I immediately contacted Anker with my warranty claim. To their credit, they did respond within 24 hours; however, the rep only suggested resetting and completely discharging then charging the battery. How was I supposed to do that when all I see is the continual error message every time I plug a charging cable in to it? AT this point, I have written to Anker three times and am waiting for their response. I hope they will either supply me with a new non-defective unit, or refund my purchase. I am not hopeful. For nearly $150 US I thought I'd be getting a useful state-of-the-art power bank, but instead I've ended with with a useless, expensive, and heavy doorstop. I do not recommend this product.

Very useful and long lasting
My phone’s battery health is in the low 80s, and my will drop down to 50% or 40% remaining by the time I get home from work. I use this power bank to charge it while I’m sitting at the counter eating while watching a video, or while I’m playing a game in my recliner and not near an outlet. I’d rather not run a long cord from the wall to my chair so I use this power bank to charge my phone while I game, and I also use it to charge my controller. It’s been so useful. So far I’ve been using it for all of last week and it lasted the whole 7 days without needing a recharge. When it does need a recharge, it doesn’t take long at all. Normally it’ll take about 2hrs, but in the app you can set it to take longer to charge, to optimize its life, and that takes about 3 or 4hrs from 0 to 100. The screen tells you how much current is being put into the device and how much is being output, and the app tells you the same as well. I like this a lot more than I thought I would. It really shines when paired with the base station. I feel like the base station should have been included though. I noticed there was a bundle for the 20,000mah version and the base station, but not for the highest capacity 27,000mah. Would have been nice and a bit cheaper. Buying both together is expensive, but for a high quality power bank and the convenience of wireless dock charging and fast input and output, it’s really nice. My only complaint, if any, is lack of wireless charging built in for phones. This thing is the size of a brick and certainly weighs as much, why couldn’t they put a wireless charging spot below the screen mid way or something? Or on the back? A lot of devices are moving to wireless charging, for Anker’s most premium power bank, I feel like that should have been built into it. It’s not like it’s lacking the room for it. But I can get by with my MagSafe cord, it’s just a minor complaint if I had any at all. Oh, and the screen doesn’t rotate like the older model did. One thing I noticed is I can’t use the power bank while it is docked. I’m sure there’s a safety reason for that, but I’ve had one other power bank from another company that worked while it was charging. So it could charge a device such as a phone, while also receiving energy to charge the power bank itself. That power bank recently stopped working though. Still works, but the capacity has really gone down for only being 2yrs old. Maybe that’s why we can’t do that with Anker’s power bank? Idk, I just feel like it’s possible to do but maybe it has an effect on the longevity of the power bank. It’s not a big deal, the base has the same 3 usb ports on its side as the power bank has on top, but it was something I tried to do and noticed it wouldn’t work so I wanted to point that out. Overall though I think this is an excellent power bank and well worth the purchase, but maybe wait till you see a sale as it is certainly pricey

Perfect On-the-Go Powerhouse! Fast Charging, Compact, and Reliable
I recently picked up the Anker Prime Power Bank, and wow, am I impressed! This little powerhouse packs a punch with its 27,650mAh capacity and 250W charging capability. Whether I’m charging my phone, tablet, or even my laptop, it handles everything effortlessly and quickly. One of the best things about this power bank is its compact size—perfect for travel without taking up much space. Despite its small footprint, it delivers a ton of power. Plus, the 3-port design means I can charge multiple devices at once, which is a huge bonus when I’m on the go. The build quality is excellent, as always with Anker, and I love how sturdy it feels in hand. Shipping was super fast too—Amazon delivered it in just 2 days! Honestly, I can’t find any downsides. It’s fast, reliable, and portable, making it a must-have for anyone looking for a quality charger. I’ll definitely be purchasing another one of these in the future. Highly recommend!

READ BEFORE PURCHASE
Okay so my review is rather lengthy. I bought my power bank back in January 2024. I was pretty happy with the quality of this consideration the price tag. Everything was working, fast charging, etc for a while. I kept my power bank mostly on the shelf for its entire life and brought it on a plane twice for my trip to Florida. As a lot of nerds like myself know, you're supposed to leave a battery in storage mode for long periods of time if you leave it unused. I left it like this for a lot of it's life as my emergency power bank. I had an issue the past week in January 2026 right outside of its warranty date. My power bank went unresponsive and claimed it was at 79% charge and would immediately die off of the charger. I knew something was wrong. I reset the battery and tried to revive it, but nothing. The BMS (Battery Management System) probably went bad or a few of the cells in my bank went bad. Keep in mind, at this point my battery has less than 10 cycles on the unit which is extremely low. My unit was 100% defective and I contacted Anker with my serial number and they sent a replacement. My replacement being "like-new" from Amazon lands them at the 4 star mark for their help. Would of been 5 if I got a new unit but my original power bank was a couple weeks out of their 2 year warranty so they didn't really need to give me anything. To conclude, make sure you use this thing from time to time before it craps the bed. But bravo to Anker for trying to correct this fault.

Solid power bank for working off grid, traveling, power outage.
Peace of mind when you travel, camp remotely or have a power outage. This Anker Prime 250W Power Bank is a game-changer for staying charged. With 27,650mAh, it charged my laptop, phone, and tablet at the same time. AND then did it again for a second set of tech. Compact and TSA-approved (cuz who needs more stress at TSA security!). It’s perfect for travel, remote camping, or long workdays. Reliable, recharges fast, and feels substantial, without weighing a ton. Love this so much, I am considering buying a second for off grid working.
