Very quiet and good value
Bought these before and never disappointed. Slim fan fits in easily. It's quiet. Very quiet. With a PWM controller at 20% it's almost completely silent. Even at full speed it's quiet. Only takes 0.6W 50mA at 12V too. Not huge airflow though as the max RPM is only 1300. If you need lots of air flow or higher static pressure, then there are faster RPM versions of this fan. The cable is pretty long and braided slieved. Comes with grub screws that bite into the plastic so you don't need a nut and the screw is long enough to allow a wire finger guard between the fan and case. Does NOT come with the anti-vibration corners (they are an optional extra).

Going forward I’m Nock-Tuah’s biggest fan
Bought this to replace an aging whirring phantek fan and boy oh boy it’s heaps quieter. Nock-Tuah will be my choice for cooling in the future.

You don't realise how loud your PC fans are until you swap them out for these, the difference is unbelievable, I went from cool master standard fans to these and the difference is crazy, so happy with these I went from 7 fans to now 7 fans that sound like one, these are well made and the colour is really nice, the cost was well worth every penny and the cooling airflow is amazing. Highly recommend

Quiet and Reliable Cooling with Great Performance
I’ve been using the Noctua NF-P12 redux-1300 PWM for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The fan runs very quietly—even under load—which makes a huge difference in my build. It’s solidly built and feels durable, just what I expect from Noctua. Installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly in my case. Performance-wise, it keeps my system cool without any annoying noise. The PWM control helps adjust speeds smoothly depending on the temperature, so it’s efficient and energy-saving too. If you want a reliable, quiet fan that gets the job done well, this one’s a great choice!

Noctua reputation is well deserved
The fan on my CPU tower cooler was a little noisy, so I thought I'd try a Noctua. They have a good reputation and this was my first of their fans. For the same air flow it was much quieter than the fan it replaced (a Cooler master). 4 pin PWM connection, so speed can be controlled by the motherboard and fan can be kept at idle when the CPU isn't under load. My only gripe is that the anti-vibration rubber corners were not included and had to be bought separately. Loses a star for that.

You Can't Beat Noctua & At This Price ...
I've always been a fan of Noctua. In my current rig I'm using my over a decade old NH-D14 to cool my 5900X, and three over a decade old NF-P12 PWM for intake, as well as another over a decade old NF-P12 PWM for exhaust. I've just put my old Skylake system in a Fractal Focus 2 case for my cousin, and that case comes with two 140mm intake (non Noctua) at the front, but no exhaust fan. So I've been looking around for a decent 120mm fan for exhaust. When I saw these Redux fans I thought there must be a catch because they're half the price of the non Redux fans. But you get the same Noctua 6 year warranty and they have the same MTBF rate as the non redux fans, which is over 17 years if you leave them running 24/7. I know the warranty from Amazon is likely to be around 12 months, but having dealt with Noctua customer support in the past, I'd be very surprised if they didn't honour the 6 year warranty in the unlikely event that it is needed. If my current Noctua fans ever give up the ghost, at this price I'll absolutely be replacing them with these ...

Night and Day Difference—Incredibly Quiet and Worth Every Penny
I originally bought a cheaper pack of fans for my build, but I ended up returning them because the motor noise and hum were just too loud and distracting. I decided to spend a little extra and swap them out for these Noctua NF-P12 redux fans, and the difference is absolutely night and day. Performance & Noise: These fans are whisper-quiet at low to medium speeds and move a surprising amount of air. Even when pushed harder, the sound profile is a smooth, low-pitched rush of air rather than an annoying whine or hum. Build & Aesthetics: The build quality is exactly what you expect from Noctua. I also really appreciate the Redux line's streamlined, two-tone grey color scheme—it looks fantastic in a modern build and blends in much easier than their traditional brown and tan colors. Pros: Exceptionally quiet motor and smooth airflow. Excellent static pressure, making them great for cases or radiators. Sleek grey color scheme. Cons: Because it's the budget-friendly "Redux" line, they don't come with Noctua's signature rubber anti-vibration corner pads or extra extension cables. (Honestly, they run so smoothly I haven't noticed any vibration noise without them anyway). Bottom Line: If you are sensitive to PC noise and are tired of rolling the dice on cheap, buzzy fans, do yourself a favor and just get these. They solved my noise problem instantly! Shown beside a louder UpHere fan, hard to tell in video but they are much quieter.
