I bought this pan specifically for pan searing scallops. And if you know the water bead test used with stainless steel pans and practice that, it works perfectly without sticking. Now I can sear scallops with ceramic pans as well, but eventually the coating will fail under high heat use. This stainless pan is perfect and clean up has been easy. This size is great for the 12 sea scallops I sear at a time in sunflower oil and butter, for my wife and I. And the pan should last the rest of my life. It is pretty heavy duty, fwiw.

This is my new favorite pan. There is no rivets inside the pan where the handle connects which makes cleaning it even easier. It is not thin and flimsy. We'll made quality. Definitely worth the money.

I bought 3 stainless steel pans… 8,10, and 12 inch with 2 glass lids. I got rid of all my Teflon pans . I heard they are not healthy. I followed all the cooking instructions and used only on medium heat. The pans got that brown haze and water stains. I went on u tube to see how people clean the pans. Vinegar and baking soda works ok. I also got bar keepers friend cleanser but haven’t used it yet. I can tell that the pans need a lot of attention when it’s time to wash them. That’s why I gave 4 stars.Other than that the pans are nice and heavy with a handle that stays cool when your cooking .I also picked these because you can’t see the screws on the inside of pan and you can use them in the oven

I ordered the 10 and 8 inch pan, had some issues with the 8 inch pan arriving with missing parts. Customer service was great with replacement. The pans are fantastic! I like the inside is smooth with no bumps and is non stick when used as recommended. Would definitely purchase again.

Only used once and it looks like I had it for years. I've been cooking on stainless steel pots for years now and I thought this would be a good addition to my current set. What a disappointment! Food was sticking, no matter how long I waited and how hot it was. I had to add oil and it was still sticking. Not worth the price

They are sturdy and feel nice and heavy in your hand. The nuts a solid and not cheaply made. Nice shine and work great. Very even heat. I’m not a chef or anything, but I enjoy cooking and this is a great set for the cost. Very happy

I like how fast the pan heats and knowing it is healthier to cook in. It’s also easy to clean. I plan to buy two more sizes. I wanted to try one first because they are a bit spendy, but well worth the extra money.
