I bought this product because i got tired of plastic litter boxes leaking and being just overall too tiny. I have two lovely kitties, one is regular sized and the other is a wee bit chunky. Both of them absolutely love this litter box and prefer it to their other one. The pan is deep and has a good construction. Needs a lot of litter to fill but i feel as though my kitties appreciate this because they love to try and dig to china just to go to the bathroom lol. Smell has not been a problem with regular cleaning and it has not leaked once unlike those plastic litter boxes. We tried plastic enclosed boxes but the quality was awful and they did nothing for the smell. This is easy to use, scoop, and CLEAN. The box is big enough for both cats to have plenty of space, the only problem is the top hatch because the other cat can mess with whoever is using the bathroom (not their fault my cats are little jerks though). I placed a mat over the top and solved the problem. The box is super easy to put together and was obviously thought through. If your cats don’t love the door, use a treat to try and lure them in and show them it’s not so scary. Mine got used to it immediately and some might say they are below average kitty intelligence (bless their heart). I’m happy, my babies are happy, and most importantly my apartment doesn’t stink! Save yourself some time and money and buy this because those plastic boxes just don’t cut it, i wish i knew this 120 dollars and two litter boxes earlier! The price point is high but for good reason, the value is hard to beat. You get what you pay for and the matt and scooper included (plus free cat scratcher thank you!) are good quality and it even comes with rubber feet if the box is going on hard flooring. Netherland dwarf, 2yr old small female. Got this litter box to replace a plastic litter box that was holding smell and pee stains. This is perfect! I love the small opening on the top so I can insert hay or food, she also likes to peek through top. Steel pan stays cool for her and any bugs that accidentally came inside aren’t able to crawl up pan. Non slip mat is very thin but doesn’t slide, spongey plastic material, stays cool, bun uses as grip to jump in and out since she doesn’t likes slippery surfaces. I use card board scratch pad as step just in case for her, she also likes to chew on it, very thick and hard, hasn’t came apart after a few weeks. She can’t chew on sides or corners of this litter box like others. Very easy to clean, Im mildly ocd and have allergies, her hay stays inside and she doesn’t feel the need to drag hay out like she has in past, I dont have to keep cleaning up after her. No smells, no stains, scooper is great for replacing paper litter. This litter box is definitely too pricey but happy we got it, keeps her mess out of my living room area. Bun also loves the privacy, fantastic litter box!

The metal container makes it just seem cleaner than a plastic container and it's easier to clean. Both of my oversized adult cats love it! Easy to assemble, it has stability, large size and the versatility of on top entry or the door in the front and the front door can be locked also.

Got this due to the plastic litter boxes always smelling even after cleaning them. I like the easiness of cleaning the litter box. My only issue which is probably just my cat is she pees up and over the the top entry way peeing outside the litter box. Therefore I can't truly tell if the pee down the side is from that only or as she does pee against the inside of the box is it getting through the connecting lines where the tops come together. Only wish is that it was a tighter connection.

Definitely worth the money spent on this, especially with the extra gadgets it comes with like a pooper scooper, a holder for it, a litter mat, and a cat scratcher. Great quality. Sturdy. Looks nice. My Maine coon is too big for other litter boxes and I love that this has the option to be covered or you can take off the top if your cat is huge like mine. He would always step in his own poop using his other huge top entry litter box but with this one I’ve had no accidents!! Probably because there’s 2 options for entry/exit.

This is extremely well made. I could not believe everything that came with it, a corrugated scratching pad, large mat, footstep to catch litter, and a really nice scoop. The door can be removed simply by sliding it upward in the grooves. I do wish it had a door on top in case I don't want the cats coming out of the top. They took do it right away. Stainless steel is the way to go, so easy to clean compared to the old litter boxes. For the price I think it's worth it.

I purchased this on July 12 2024 and today is August 23 2024. I wanted to let my cats use the litter box for awhile before writing a review. Everyone loves this litter box. I like that the door is removable. I have a couple cats who are scared to use a door so that feature is great. I purchased a box similar to this but the door is not removable so I had to glue gun it open. The scooper fell off the side but I can reattach it with some nano tape. Stainless steel litter boxes really help keep the smells down. They are worth the money. I run a cat rescue and replace all the litter boxes often and I think I am a lifelong stainless box consumer now.

My boy is a professional high pee-er. Unfortunately the seal between the top part of the lid and bottom part cannot contain him.Love the stainless steel part but I guess I am back on the hunt for a high sided steel box my boy can't aim out of like a magician.
