I don't know what you mean by "pyrogenic." The solution is sterile, so hot environments should not be a problem, as long as the vials are unopened and used by their expiration date.

Can this solution be used instead of Albuterol inside of a nebulizer? Does it do the same thing without a prescription?

This solution can not be use as an alternative of Albuterol as this is the Saline Solution only.
