Didn't taste good at all. They were too hard might as well have been rocks. They are red clay sticks. Break apart in thin sheets. Sharp edges easily cut gums and tongue. Won't buy again.

ive ordered twice now and i love the crunch and yummy earthy taste. i have noticed this upsets my stomach though so 3/5 stars

The quantity was as described. yes, these are the red chalks. They are not as crunchy as the white ones though. They have a slight crunch and kind of just mush in your mouth. No flavor, which I like. I prefer the white ones. I ate all of these in about 2 days. Not as satisfying for my pica as the crunchy white ones. Still, the product was as advertised.

Out of everything i’ve ever had for my pica, this is hands down the best. The crunch is similar to chalk, never getting pasty & sticky but tastes just like dirt. No chemical taste or smell. 10/10 will be ordering again.

It has a heavy soapy taste. I even rinsed them in clean water a few times and left it to dry for 2 days. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to have a soapy flavor or not, but I hate it. Other slate pencils I have bought don’t taste like that.

Not much bad...people who eat slate pencil and like cement smell then its good for their craving but people who like earthy smell and muddy taste they wont like it much cuz of more cementy smell instead of earthy...all shalestones have cementy smell
