NETGEAR R6120-100UKS AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router

Good value router I bought to supplement a frustrating Hub 3 which I have turned into a modem only due to its inconsistencies. This Netgear router works fine and does everything I need and was easy to set up using the phone app. It's range is no more than OK but it does the job for a largish house

Extremely easy to set up. The nighthawk companion App (I used iOS) made the set up extremely easy. Follow the instructions to the letter and it’s all set up in less than 10 mins. The signal strength is very good and speed has been superb so far. It supports iPads, laptops and TVs (one Ethernet and one WiFi) without any problem and all appearing to have very fast data rates. I’m happy with this so far and glad I chose it.

Well made but the wifi strength is not so good, stable but not so good range.

Bought this because my old router kept dropping out and I had to keep restarting it. This router is not the cheapest but is easy to set up and has been stable since I bought it . Worth the extra cost. Great improvement for working form home.

This product involves downloading an app and trying to interpret complex downloading and installation instructions. It has been a massive waste of time and is overly complex for a small business. I recommend not going any where near it.

I have previously used NetGear products at work and had been impressed by their quality, so was expecting a lot.... Connected to our ISP supplied modem/router with no problems and has proved far better than that router in the following ways... + much better range + 5GHz at the same time as 2.4GHz + reliable ... when loaded our previous router gradually degraded (slowed, connections dropped, DHCP failure etc.) and only fully recovered after a power cycle - these issues have not been seen since installing this router The web configuration interface is a bit disappointing. It's surprisingly slow considering both what it's doing and the performance of even the cheapest current embedded processors. The interface is not well designed and looks quite dated. Feels like it might be a collection of large, complex and quite old software components that the software developers now working on don't fully understand. The management app for Android that NetGear are extremely keen to promote is very poor, buggy, limited in use, has an extremely painful (buggy) install and just not worth bothering with. Considering the price and the fact that the most important parts of the product work and work well happy to give 4*s.

The Router worked well providing a strong internal signal. It was used to access the TV net facility. Did not need Tech support as it was easy to install.

Easy to set up using the Nighthawk app which is available on the App Store.

De momento, va como la seda. Aunque no he podido ponerlo muy a prueba: lo tengo como segundo punto de acceso y su toma de internet es de solo de 100mb/s, así que de momento el cacharro es bastante overkill.

It's a good router for home setup. It has a good range for around 1000 sq. ft. area. Setup was very smooth, I did it using laptop. All instructions are available on their website and once you start it, on-screen instructions are good enough to do the setup.

I bought this device with high hopes, but was disappointed. I bought 03 devices at once. Two of them stopped within a week.

Bien lire le document joint avant toute chose et enchaîner les actions en suivant chaque étape pour une installation rapide. WiFi très stable notamment en classe 5G. Le Qrcode est très pratique pour l'inscription de l'appareil dans l'application du smartphone.
