My 9 week old Brittany has settled into crate training so well when we brought him home a week ago, in part because of his snuggle puppy! He absolutely loves it. He snuggles it, but he also plays with it in his crate like a he did his litter mates. He was sleeping through the night just 4 nights after he arrived home. I highly recommend this to comfort your tiny pup right when they arrive home!!

The pros are the heart beat will run continuously if you don't turn it off. This is good for naps during the day, and through the night. The breeder rubbed snuggle puppy on the mom so it had her scent, and our puppy carried it around with her the first few days we had her home. Totally worth it.

Our dog has not left this doggy. A comfort dog that never lets him feel lonely. When we first got him we brought this dog over to where his mom and siblings were and had them cuddle it. Now he is always calm when he smells safety. Nibbling on his ears and comforted. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Work great! She snuggles right up to it. It is bigger than she is! Being fall here, I like the heat pack and I think she does too. If the heartbeat is off, she doesn't stay with it as long. Great buy for my new furbaby!!!

100% worth it. My 9 week old puppy absolutely hated his crate before finding snuggle puppy. He would howl all night. The first night I gave him snuggle puppy, he slept all night zero whining. Buy it!!

Good quality, standing up well to a new golden retriever puppy. I believe the heart beat and heat packets really helped the first couple of days with transition to our home. We stopped using heat after 2 days and the heart beat device after 4 days. For the heart beat we used 24 hour option for 1st day then went to 8 hours for sleeping for the remaining 3 days.

It's not a bad product, it's quality but kind of pricey specifically for the hot packs if you want to use it regularly..our puppy just didn't like or care for it. So it felt like a waste. Our elderly dog liked hers from a different brand (it was a unicorn) when she had dementia before she passed so I had high hopes for this. It's hit or miss but not necessarily anything on their end besides the replacement pack costs.

Our puppy has loved Mama since day 1. He’s a year old & still sleeps with her.
