We love this brand, My spouse and i both take it and per the studies I've read on pubmed, the dosage is perfect. (anything less than 10,800 fu per day isn't helpful) They're small and easy to take, the benefits are many, though we started taking it for heart health. We do take it with other supplements and don't have any issues

I purchased this because it had inulin in it. After sudden discomfort in my lower abdomen after months of taking it, I realized that Natto has a fermented aspect to it which caused the inflammation. I can't eat much fermented foods, even sour bread will do this to me after awhile. I had been taking Lumbrokinase for years and wanted to switch off due to Natto's removal of the spike protein from the Covid vaccine. I believe this is a good product but unfortunately I can't take it long term.

Great nattokinase and one of the few with the correct dosing I need of the product!!! Works good and well tolerated!!!

The convenience of a 12,000 FU in just two pills rather than six is awesome. That's my daily dose so it's very much appreciated!

It’s very hard to tell if a supplement works or not. I believe the theory behind these is sound. Perhaps I can write a better review after I visit my cardiologist and see what he says.

Really helpful foot cramps at night seems to be fine. Blood flow and pressure are normal finally.

In December 2021 my CAC score was 179. I started taking this product in April of 2025. I have been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I had my CT scan done today and my score was 349 so this product did not work for me. My blood pressure did not drop with this product either. I am disappointed and will move on to a third party test product.
