For the price I doubt anybody will do better in a stainless sheet pan. They are very thin and somewhat flimsy. The stainless steel is a very cheap grade and they scratch VERY easily. The scotch Brite side of a kitchen sponge scratches these permanently with even light pressure and soapy water. I think the reviewers that are happy with these have not owned any high quality stainless cookware or they would understand that the only aspect of these that could possibly be construed as worthy of 5 stars is the price.

These pans are great in many ways. They are a good size for my apartment oven, very light and sturdy and attractive in their finish. I’ve noticed they also cool very quickly. Pull out of a 400* oven and within ten minutes can literally pick the pan up with bare hands it’s cooled so fast. My only complaint is that every time I use them, after about ten minutes the pans warp. Two sides audibly and visibly pop up and the pan is no longer flat. When making bacon, this pop cause grease to splatter up. With anything, it affects even cooking. The strange thing is that once out of the oven, within a few minutes the pan returns to its perfectly flat state again. Didn’t bother me too much until I realized the grease shatter because of the warping.

After first initial use, I made breaded chicken breasts at 400 degrees for 40 minutes . I took the racked pan out of the oven, put it on a cutting board to cool and noticed that the pan had warped...I was so upset and disappointed. But while being busy for a few minutes doing other things, I looked back at the pan and noticed that it had returned to it's original form...I was happy about that but don't know if this is always going to be a repeated performance of the pan....

I was looking for a stainless steel cookie sheet and found this to be a bargain for what you get. You get two pans and two cooling racks, which will come in handy for baking bacon. Upon opening this, you can see your own reflection in the pan that's how shiny it is. The first initial use I laid some aluminum foil on the pan and I didn't have any problems. The second use, I spritz some oil to make the surface non stick. After my bake job was done, the oil baked onto the sheet making it very difficult to clean. It turned a dull yellow. Regular dish soap didn't help so I sprayed some oven cleaner which helped a little but the grease is still baked on, I may need to clean this a few more times to bring it back to its chrome shine again. I also read that this is dishwasher safe. I haven't put mine in the dishwasher but it couldn't hurt.Still, despite how difficult it is to keep shiny and clean I would buy this. I try and avoid cookware that's already coated with a non-stick surface and this doesn't have it. Also you get the cooling racks as an added bonus. I think from now on, I'll just use some aluminum foil to make the clean up process easier. Also it does scratch easily so no brillo pads or steel wool on these pans. With proper care these can last as mine hasn't warped in shape.

The pans buckle (one corner) when they are put in a hot oven. This is a problem if you're baking something you need to keep flat. Disappointed.

I didn't know what to expect, small price for SS pans w/rack inserts, you know, try it out but don't expect much. But WOW, these pans are just what I wanted/needed. Very sturdy and well made, mirror polished, oven safe at 350 and also, surprise, surprise, I put some foil in the bottom of the larger pan, filled in with veggies on sticks (veg kabobs) placed it in my super duper Kamodo Grill Dome and let her rip, temp exceeds 500+......and the pan warped.....but wait.....the foil ripped and got burnt drip-pens all under the foil. After a cool down, the pan went right back to normal shape, and when I started to clean it, all that burnt stuff lifted off the with no effort at all.........Sha-Zam.....I would purchase again, gonna recommend to Daughter and Son and everybody else.

These are not standard half sheet pans. They are two inches smaller, so baking mats and racks other than the ones that came with them are not going to fit. The metal seems a little thin. But at least they should be dishwasher safe without discoloring, unlike standard aluminum half sheet pans. I plan on mostly using these for roasting, so the size isn’t an issue for me. But my quest for a stainless version of a standard half sheet pan continues.Update: they also tend to warp out of shape when hot, but pop back flat when they cool down. Again, no big deal for roasting veggies.

Update: I called amazon snd the baking matts were replaced at no coast for some that fit. I have gotten to use them now and man... They are truly the easiest trays to clean. Everything just rinses right off even without the baking matts. Very good item.I just got these today so i can not comment on the quality and will update my review after I've had them for awhile but with that said i ordered the baking mats that are on the frequently bought together list and they do not fit. Way too big so just informing people so they do not make the mistake i did.

LOVE them- was so nice to scrap the Teflon/ nonstick crap i used before. Haven't had any issues with use
