An excellent quality product.

I've been looking for a mechanical pencil to pair with my Bastion pen, which I love. Didn't realise Bastion also made pencils. It's a bit more than I would normally pay but I think it's worth every penny. Really good weight and mechanism feels strong and reliable. If you're after a statement bit of kit, I'd have no problem highly recommending this.

I particularly like the quality, engineering and weight of this product; it's noticeably heavier than other instruments I own of this price and I think it will become one of my favourites. The reason why it earns four stars rather than five is that I think the one thing that it misses, given it's price, is an eraser.

Very well made and extremely solid item, but the balance for me was well off, with the top end being too heavy for good control. This, coupled with the lack of knurled grip area, meant a returned item.

I like the feel of the pen and the simple design features which have been carried out to near perfection. As for the price (£42 from Amazon) this pen is miles in front of the simlar priced plastic offerings by most companies.Only one slight critism is the machined slots on the holding area, they are tricky to clean after refilling your pen, as ink lies in the slots which are very thin and so hard to clean. Otherwise this is perfection for me, so much so I ordered the pencil for a complete set.

Highly recommend this at sub-£50 mark. Excellent build quality and excellent value.I also have the Bolt Action Pen (2020 £45) which is no longer value for money at £180+ on Amazon, outrageous mark up.
