Got sun burnt whilst at my sons football tournament! I'm very fair and didn't put sun cream on (i under estimated the weather) My face looked like a tomato by the evening and very sore. ordered in the evening, came the next morning by 9am (i did pay for before 1am delivery) i've been reapplying every one to two hours, and it's really brought my face down in colour. it feels soothing, no smell, soaks in quickly. will be buying more.

Have bought these many times for 20 years from when I used to live in Australia (I used Thursday Plantation brand in those days) and use twice daily, once in the morning after a shower and once in the evening before bed. It's better than moisturiser especially after a shave. I'm 63 and my skin looks like than of someone in their early 40's.

Only been using it a few days so far and it has both good and bad points to it. I have Rosacea subtype 1 Redness on my cheeks and chin. Rosacea subtype 2 Bumps across my cheeks. I've been struggling to find something for my face that won't give me spots, make me bright red or make my skin itch for months now. Someone recommended Aloe Vera gel in it's purest form and I found this. Good Points - This Aloe Vera gel instantly soothed my inflamed skin. The redness didn't go completely, but it was definitely an improvement to the neon red I had just a few hours before using this. Usually my cheeks burn and itch where I have a few rosacea bumps, the itchiness and burning sensation went away instantly after applying this gel. I wasn't sure if it would last, but it lasted all day which is a wonderful feeling after months of agony. My skin feels smoother and looks healthier after just a few days. Bad Points - After continued use, my skin has become very dry. A problem I've never had before. In the morning and late afternoon I have peeling skin flakes across my cheeks and on my chin. It makes putting makeup on very difficult and I don't really want to use anything else over this aloe vera gel because it actually soothes my skin unlike anything else I've tried. I love this gel because it soothes my Rosacea symptoms, now I just need to get the skin flakes under control.

Great for skin irritation and sunburn.

This is the first time I have purchased Aloe Vera on the web, haven't really used it much other than a small tube I brought back from holiday in the Canaries. I purchased this after researching other similar product type on Amazon. This one said it was organic and either no or few chemicals added. Most lotions and potions have some chemicals added, you just have to check out the ones with the least. To me this came out tops. I was pleasantly surprised how big the 200ml tube was (that I'd purchased 2 of) and will last quite a long time. It is difficult to purchase larger tubes like this other than on the web. This Aloe Vera isn't too runny nor is it too thick, it doesn't have any smell with it. It absorbs quick and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the skin, unless you put too much on - the key is to use little as a little goes a long way. I purchased to use as a moisturiser which I would use on my body and face. I have been adding a tiny bit of my normal moisturiser with it to go on my face. When it goes on it dries quickly and leaves my face nice and soft with a shiny/fresh glow which is good especially if you want to have a no-makeup day. Without the moisturiser if leaves a matt finish. Either way it leaves the skin feeling wonderfully soft. My hubby has a problem with his legs in that he needs to apply cream regularly to moisturise them. Unfortunately, most creams, prescription or OTC for long term use seem to cause build-up and then flaking on the legs which is unsightly. He has been using the Aloe Vera for a week and his legs are well moisturised and no build-up. Hopefully, if this continues he will ditch the prescription creams for the Aloe Vera as a natural product. He is also trying it out on the face after shaving and no complaints there. Up to now all is going well. No reactions at all. A good multi-function gel with endless uses. The tube of this product is clear so you can see the contents inside. Ok, it is clear gel, but will be a help as time goes on as I will be able to see how much is left in the tube so I know when to to re-order. I will definitely purchase this Aloe Vera again.

I just love this Gel I had burned my face in the sun sadly. I am extremely fair. This gel soothed stop the skin flaking and restored it. I am now using on daily basis as a daily moisture gel cannot believe how soft my skin is. I have used the most expensive creams but this gel is amazing and fantastic value for money.

Not the best Quality Aloe product i have bought. Tends to just dry my skin out

Ich habe mittlerweile über 15 verschiedene Aloe-Vera-Gele ausprobiert und dieses landet bei mir ganz klar auf Platz 2. Es lässt sich gut auftragen, zieht angenehm ein und hinterlässt ein gutes Hautgefühl. Mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
