Cutest gift and the best books. My kids read these when they were little and I love to give these to new moms. Perfect gift

Perfect size for toddler hands and big laughs for mom and dad. Leslie Patricelli captures the true spirit of baby/toddlerhood with her adorable diaper clad toddler running about causing mischievous and learning all the while. You can tell that the author has children and empathizes with parents that have ever had to wash caryons off the wall or pull toys out of the toilet. Fun for baby, hilarious for parents, and perfect for stacking and knocking over, and stacking and knocking over, and stacking.....

Love the books, as themselves. But, wouldn’t recommend buying this specific set if your only buying because of the stacking abilities. They do not stack! The book doesn’t close enough to stack them on top of each other. I love how small they are though, that’s why I don’t regret the purchase but if I had known this I would have just bought them individually in the regular board book style.

I purchased this item for my 15 month old. He loves looking thru these books. They are small and chunky and are easy for him to hold and flip thru. I really like the illustrations in these books and so does my baby. I did purchase a couple of the full size books after I received these because I enjoyed them so much. My baby was very excited to see those as well. I think this item would make a good gift as well.

My kids, ages 21 months and 3.5 years, LOVE these books. They are really small but fat, which is what I was expecting. My 21 months can easily hold them. I love that they are simple for babies and young kids to understand. Each page has a single picture and a few words. Each spread (2 pages) compares two items, such as "Burgers are yummy ... Boogers are yucky" (my 3.5 year old's favorite).

My son LOVES these books!! He loves the silly pictures and stories that they tell, even though he is still so little I think he understands them. I know the "Mommy's coffee is yucky" has been working! He also loves to stack them up and knock them down. He is also teething and tends to chew on them occasionally and they hold up really well. I highly recommend these books! They are so cute.

I purchased these for my toddles who loves Leslie Patricelli's books (yay baby!) and stacking. After a couple of months of use every single book came away from the binding. Last week I decided no more tape and glue riddled books for my baby, it was time for a new set! Now I wish I hadn't.. the new books actually arrived with one of them already coming away at the middle! Ugh! I'd return them but I'd already done all the fanfare over my daughter getting brand new copies of her favorite stacking books. The pink on the binding of the photos is duct tape I preemptively added to all of the books because you'll NEED it!

My son who just turned 2 loves these books so I was excited to get them, but they are not at all what I expected! They are TINY! Still great books that he loves to read. Although they are simple, he learns a lot from them and can already "read" them himself. I probably should have looked more closely at the product description.
