I bought this for my teenager son who is in need of good nutritional supplements in his diet since he is an athlete. He was getting tired after his trainings lately and complaining about bone pains. He has tried many vitamins and this is the best so far. It has a good combination of bone health support ingredients and after taking it for a couple of weeks he is feeling better during his intensive workouts. I would recommend.

... but I think these work. My 15 year old son has taken height boosting supplements for a couple of years, because his diet leaves a lot to be desired. However, since trying these gummies, I can actually see a difference. I'm '5"6, and he's a good two inches taller than me - maybe more. He has a high metabolism, so it could be his stature mimicking more height, but he looks even taller to me.
