Very easy to use , used in ice tub. 3 tablets in space of a month seems to be ok , maybe 1 more but still working out perfect dose for month

Stupidly decided to put the 8ft pool up in the garden this year before remembering how much of a faff it is to put away again. Still, little'n loved it and i definitely made the most of it with the nice weather too. Decided to try and leave it out for a bit though and knew id need some chemicals to avoid draining and re-filling. Had no idea what i needed, or what was best, so a little online research led me to believe these were a quick win for my situation. Found this, seemed reasonably priced compared to others and reviews were ok. Arrived, popped it open, put a single tablet in and left it to float about whenever we werent using it. Pool was covered too to stop debris landing in it constantly as well.Im no expert but i think it worked a treat? Pool stayed lovely and clear, no gunk or slime build up anywhere and it smelled clean. A little chemically, like a swimming pool kinda scent, but reassuringly familiar as clean, if that makes sense. Took it out whenever we dived in, popped it back in after. I got over 3 weeks out of a single tablet which just slowly dissolved and did its thing. Testing strips were easy to use, take one out, dip it, wait for the colours to update and compare against chart. With the treatment in, my readings were always spot on so i assume it was working as intended. Despite being able to tell it had stuff in, we had no issues with burning eyes or anything like that ether. Plenty left for if we ever have more good weather too. Cant complain with this at all, simple, effective and saved me a tonne of hassle messing about with the pool. Would definitely recommend.It is advisable to remove all chemicals some 3-10 days in advance of draining though, i need to let mine drain predominantly in the garden and didnt want to kill any plants or wildlife, so after the weather turned, i took this out, left the pool covered for 4/5 days until it no longer smelled fresh and then drained. All my grass and surrounding plants are perfectly fine so seems no harm done.

This is an honest review!!! I have an 8 foot circular pool People are saying you only need one tablet that’s rubbish I’ve use 4 tablets and it still gets murky the water in just a week. Don’t bother with the product, Look elsewhere.

Easy to use, tablets dispersed slowly

great, drop your tablet in, throw it in the pool, its really that simple, plus you get testing strips even an idiot could understand, buying more tablets now, got a 6ft x 4ft pool 1tablet lasted three days, waters been in 2 weeks now with these and a fikter pump upped to 2 tablets after a week, get a very very slight whiff of "swimming pool" when you put in 3, about to change water but not having to do so for 2 weeks was great each tablet last 2/3 days

Parts of the tablets are broken off into the pool. If it had a mesh around the openings would give better rating. Overall does the job its intended for. Not quite sure on the accuracy of the test strips.
