Great Supplement
This product provides several supplements in one capsule. This is much more cost effective than buying them individually. I have noticed an improvement in my sleep, mood, and ability to relax before bed. I do recommend using this product.

Great value for the money
I absolutely love the GUDOMET Cortisol Wellness supplement! It has helped me more than I expected. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed, and more balanced throughout the day. The combination of Magnesium, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Phosphatidylserine, and Rhodiola has made a noticeable difference in my stress levels and overall mood. I received them but am unsure how they work
Today was first day to take I was told to take them at night... DON'T take them at night I've been up of last 8 hours and can't sleep I have to much energy. I feel like that says something cause today is day one menstruation for me and be anemic I'm always supper tired and grouchy and cramping by now, but this cycle seems to be different and only thing I've changed is my supplement.

Low quality! Does not meet daily requirements!
I was very disappointed in this product! The only thing it had the daily requirements was D3! Zinc, quercetin, C, all way under the daily requirements! I'll admit I "presumed" the product met the daily requirement, I did not check! Had i done that I would not have ordered. Made in India! I must have been asleep! What was I thinking! I usually only buy made in the USA, third party tested! I don't recommend this product!

Cortisol Levels Way Down
Love this product. Been taking it now for almost a year. My cortisol levels were very high. Now they are normal.
