Great bike

I couldn’t be happier with my new e-bike! The build quality is excellent, it rides smooth, and the motor has plenty of power for hills while still letting me get a workout in. The battery lasts through several rides and charges faster than expected. I also love the curved handlebars—they’re so much more comfortable than the straight ones on other bikes I’ve tried. Overall, this bike has exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny!

I have short legs. 29” inseam. Even in the seats lowest position my toes barely touch the ground. The bike weights 80lbs, so If you have short legs I’d look elsewhere. I fell off twice and decided to sell it. My advice, test drive your new bike before you purchase it. I know it’s common sense but Amazon being tempting I went by the specs. I also feel the pedals are further back than normal. It was just a really uncomfortable ride for me. It’s a very good looking bike and performs as advertised. I have an update on this purchase . After reading my review, customer service contacted me and told me to send the bike back and they would give me a full refund. They were better than their word. They helped me thru the process and gave me a prompt full refund when they received the bike. Their communication was excellent. I wish all companies gave customer service like HiBoy. Thanks guys.

This ebike has given me very little trouble, just a faulty cable that the company was happy to send a replacement for, and the pedals losing paint (since they're metal). In 500 miles, the tubes haven't even lost a noticible amount of air. Generally it's good if you want a smaller ebike that will feel great to ride. As well, the battery isn't amazing, at full pedal assist I wouldn't expect much over 30 miles even in good weather, but that comes with the territory of being a fat tire ebike, and it's worth it to deal with rough roads (so far bumps haven't cause any damage at all to the bike). Also, when I had issues with the mechanical brakes, the company sent over hydraulics as an upgrade!

I love my HiBoy EX-6. What a great bike. I have been very happy with the battery life and the general quality of the bike itself. This bike has everything right out of the box, lights, fenders, even a rear rack. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this bike after significant research and I am very very pleased with what I received. I had some questions for Hi-Boy before purchasing and they were quick to answer. They also ensured that they are available for after-sale support. When the bike arrived it was easy to put together thank goodness! I took the bike out for a bunch of rides in my neighborhood. The seat is very comfortable. I like the smaller wheels and bigger tires. It keeps me close to the ground for stability and the tires act as a shock absorber. I like that this bike came with a rear rack making it functional for carrying groceries and other items. I checked out other brands as well and I was really surprised how affordable this bike was. Overall I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hiboy!!!

Put it together, charged battery, didn't work, returned it & bought another brand.

I bought this bike for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it but the bike rack on the back got bent during shipping. I called the company and spoke toMichael. He was so accommodating and said to bring it down to a shop not far from my house and they will fix it.. Not only did he fix it, but he made sure that the guys tightened up the brakes and made sure everything was functioning on the bike properly. Michael was so easy to deal with and told me to please feel free to reach out to him if I need anything at all. We love the bike, but they get five stars for Customer Service as well!
