A long-awaited dream come true
I’ve wanted a Surface Pro for years, and when Prime Day rolled around, I knew it was finally time to make the move, especially at the lowest price the 2-in-1 had ever hit. I picked up the black color model with the Snapdragon X Plus, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage, and I haven’t looked back yet.My idea of an ideal laptop has always been something that truly fits in your lap, and the 13" size is perfect for that. I’ve used 13-inch laptops for as long as I can remember because they strike the right balance between portability and functionality and this Surface Pro keeps that tradition alive while also changing the game. It’s a laptop and tablet in one, and although the built-in kickstand is still something I’m adjusting to, the trade-off is more than worth it. Being able to use this as both a laptop and tablet with a responsive touchscreen has definitely been a unique benefit to get used to.The device is insanely light and portable, and it stays cool and quiet no matter what I throw at it. I have yet to hear any noticeable noise from it, which is rare in a device this powerful. To make it function more like a traditional laptop, I also picked up a few accessories: a matching Surface Pro Keyboard in black, Slim Pen 2, a USB to USB-C adapter, and a headphone jack adapter. While it wasn’t cheap to get everything, the overall experience has made it more than worth it.The standout feature is by far the battery life. Unless I’m running a heavy program or connecting to an external display via HDMI, the battery lasts longer than I ever expected. It’s genuinely impressive and easily the best I’ve seen from any laptop I’ve owned. My only hesitation lies with the ARM-based Snapdragon processor. On one hand, I love what ARM processors are doing for battery life and performance; just like Apple’s shift to silicon, it’s clearly the future. But not all programs have made the transition yet. I’ve been lucky that most of what I use is ARM-compatible, but a few programs I used on my old laptop just don’t work anymore. It’s a bit of a bummer, but I think I waited long enough that the majority of what I need does work.Overall, this Surface Pro has exceeded my expectations. It’s sleek, fast, ridiculously portable, and ready for anything I throw at it (ARM-growing pains and all).

Great Purchase
Hands down great product. This is my second surface pro only because my first one was so old it could not be update to windows 11. Honestly, I'm glad it couldn't because this one is much better than my old pro 4. Powering on takes a few seconds. The clarity of the screen is amazing, the smooth transition between apps no lags, battery life is amazing, and I dont feel any heat coming from the device. My biggest complaint is the keyboard sold separately. I purchased the keyboard and pen combo from Best Buy and it is very sleek feel, with a back light and is easy to use. Old keyboards from previous surface pros will not fit the new surface pro. The value is worth it. Not disappointed.

Always on and ready!
I love this tablet. I hate the lag of starting up a computer when I need to use it. I love the ease of a phone and tablet as they are always ready to use and don’t lose a ton of battery sitting idle. This windows tablet is the best of both worlds. Full functionality of windows in a tablet form. I’m an apple fan and I am stoked on this windows product. Amazing a worth every penny!

Good upgrade
Love the blue color. Got a great deal on amazon prime day sale! It was straightforward to setup and transfer all files from older surface pro.

ARM is just flat out better
After moving to ARM, the surface has insane battery life and thermal throttling is a thing of the past.I can play a decent amount of indie steam games (think Hollow Knight, Ori, Stardew) and not get thermal throttled at all. It also handles emulation up to the PS2(most games*)/PSP like a champ (many ARM versions exist for emulators now too, so thats a plus!)Honestly, microsoft did good here. You can still run traditional exes built for x86/x64 and it will emulate the instructions to ARM (very cool) and it runs native ARM executables.I'm not a huge fan of its dedicated weird charging port... and I had to get a stronger usb cable for charging and a stronger battery bank that supported the wattage required for this thing to even recognize it as a charger for whatever reason.. But otherwise good.

Great tablet, and good laptop stand in
I use this all of the time. It has enough power to handle my standard day to day computer and tablet needs, no need for a laptop.

This Surface PRO 11 ARM PC is not worth the aggravation !
This Surface PRO 11 ARM PC is not worth the aggravation ! Had it one month. Locked up on restart and had to send it to Microsoft to get it to restart. After it was it returned it get locking up on restart. Didn't know if it hardware compatibility problems so I went thru one by one eliminated those which meant wiping PC clean and restarting from USB boot drive and reloading. The I starting eliminating software. Finally found that the problem was restoring Pictures and Music files from backup hard drives. Apparently the ARM takes a long time to actually finish copying the data to the C: drive and I was restarting before it was finished. Even though the dialog box shows that process is complete it is still running in the background and it takes like 30 minutes or more to finish copying everything over. I checked the properties of the input folders to the output and they were the same but the process was still running in the background. What's the point of a fast processor is it runs like an old XP PC? I would have returned the PC but my return date was 3/3/2025 and when I got all this figured out I was a day late!
