Get your AC here, great customer service!
The AC arrived on time, there were 2 small cracks in the bezel, barely noticeable. I contacted seller their response was quick within a few days to resolve the issue. The air conditioner works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another from this seller!

Seemed shady at 1 st but ended up saving the day
Initially I thought something was shady because the business stated it was closed after I searched it but knowing Amazon backed it I ordered it anyway and after purchasing the ac my $ was refunded because they couldn’t get a hold of the provider, however the next day the 3rd party seller delivered the ac through their employees which they called me and I was able to receive the ac afterwards I was deducted the $… ever came packaged and new .

excellent air conditioner , i liked my mothers so much i bought one myself , the air in the room seems dryer than other units , loving it very quiet I would buy again

ZERO support. Their own manual lies and says to call for help.
Company refuses to offer ANY customer support. I followed their manual but wasn't able to complete a step (releasing the front panel), when I called, they stated that they offer NO SUPPORT for their products and that they only recommend that I reach out to a heating and air conditioning specialist. For a window air conditioner. Yet in their manual, page 1, it says at the bottom "WE ARE READY TO HELP contact us first with any questions".
