It certainly works good for getting my 2 yr old down to bed, I feel it would work better once her body is used to not getting melatonin anymore, si ce that was our go to, but we wanted something more natural and better for her sleep, this is a great alternative, alot of magnesium sleep aids I saw still have melatonin in them, or they aren't for 2yr olds, so this is perfect, and in a liquid form makes it easier for her to take. Becareful using a syringe at first bc it is very full, I accidentally spilled some and it did leave a very sticky mess. My toddler doesn't mind the taste so it must taste better than others lol.

Bought this for my daughter who will be 3 in July. She was still waking up 2-3 times a night. Since giving her this she has been sleeping through the night the last 2 days! Game changer for us. Hoping to us this bottle then stop and see if her sleep continues without it.

I got this product for my children when they were having trouble sleeping and going down, getting sufficient sleep. Since we started using this I have noticed that they definitely calm down for sleep. I do like this product because my husband doesn’t want to use products with melatonin for our kids, I like that it does not have that and it just helps them calm down. They both take it no problem and my four year old has communicated that it tastes really good. It is super easy to use and smells great. It has so far appeared to function and be effective like it states. My kids calm down after taking it, they don’t fall asleep with it, but it helps give them some calm for bedtime.

So as a new time parent and having a toddler that doesn’t relax my wife and I find this to be amazing. It has 0 melatonin it just relaxes your toddler. It’s not a miracle but it does calm my 2.5y/o down at night. You can mix it in any bottle or even cup of water.

My 4yr old is very hyper even at night. So I wanted something without melatonin to help him relax and fall asleep faster.This didn’t work. I gave it it him at several different times of the night(early/later) and it’s still takes him 2 hours to fall asleep..he also doesn’t like the taste.

This does a great job helping my kids settle for the night and I love that it has other vitamins in it so it doesn't feel like it's just melatonin

I checked the reviews and had high hopes for this, but it didn’t work for my toddler. Even after giving her 5ml before bedtime, she was still full of energy an hour later.

So I don’t know if my kid is weird or it just affects kids differently but this did not at all help my kid sleep! He became so so hyper. Now I use it when he’s in a bad mood and we need to go somewhere and it gives him energy and a mood boost. I guess you just have to try for your child but as far as sleep it did not work and had the opposite effect
