Relieves toe walking symptoms, great for Stretching
We love this board. Our daughter walks on her toes so we purchased this to help increase her ankle/Achilles stretching. She said it was hard at first but now loves standing on it (which means itโs working). After using this slant board for a couple of weeks, to help with tight calves and improve ankle mobility after workouts. It has been a great addition to my stretching routine also. The adjustable incline settings make it easy to start with a gentle stretch and gradually increase the intensity as flexibility improves. The board is sturdy and doesnโt wobble or slide around, even on tile floors. Itโs also lightweight enough to move between rooms and folds away easily for storage. There are many different stretches and workouts you can add with this and once you find your preferred angle itโs simple to use. Overall, this is a well-made, portable stretching tool that delivers exactly what itโs designed for. Definitely worth considering if youโre looking to improve flexibility or relieve tight lower legs.

Sweet relief for years old Charlie horse from H***!
TL;DR: I got a monster Charlie horse from riding improperly on a kayak, suffered the lingering injury for over two years, and this thing is the only thing that has ever helped! Two years ago my friend convinced me to squeeze myself onto his one-person ride-on-top kayak to take a spin around the lake, while he was also on it, taking up all of the comfortable space. I was on the floor of the kayak with my legs scrunched up wierd. This is one of the few regrets of my life. At first it was fun, despite the awkward sitting arrangement. Looking into the water, seeing all the little fishies. But as time went on, my leg was a ticking time b***. I was cramped into a very awkward position, not suspecting anything, just trying to be in the moment with my friend on a gorgeous summer day. Then, all of a sudden, the charlie horse from H*** struck me. It was a MONSTER. The pulsing and throbbing were RELENTLESS. My leg was no longer under my own control. My muscles had gone completely rogue on me. I was flailing in a panic, trying not to capsize the new kayak while also trying to find some relief for my leg, and there we were in the middle of the water, many paddles away from land. I had extremely limited freedom to move around on the cramped kayak. My leg was in TROUBLE. I heavily considered throwing myself into the water just so I could straighten my leg and move freely, but did not want to risk accidentally throwing my friend overboard as well. It was TORTURE. I was an idiot to put myself in such a cramped position in the first place, I know. What a clown. It felt like forever before we reached land. I was streaming tears. My leg felt forty years older than the rest of me. I crawled onto land on all fours. When I finally stood up, I was hobbling. The next day was very demanding. We had a fishing trip planned, which involved covering long stretches of rocky shoreline and jumping from boulder to boulder. I had to go very slowly, and rely more on my non-dominant leg. If I was a gazelle the lions would have gotten me for sure. Even so, this probably made my Charlie horse even worse. Again, what a clown! I walk miles every single day for work, can't take time off work. There was no opportunity for this Charlie horse to heal, no matter how I stretched or stayed hydrated. Even if it wasn't pulsing and cramping, the knot that formed that day was always there, always an imminent threat. For years, I had to be careful. No more standing on my tip toes for too long. Careful about how I jump or run. No more stretching my legs out in bed without cautiously limiting that leg. My friend made fun of me. The charlie horse was now a part of my identity that I had not asked for. I could feel the tightness even when I was just resting. The only thing that ever brought any relief to my charlie horse was standing on a slanted surface such as a hillside, with my toes significantly higher than my heel. Then I got the idea to find a surface like this to put in front of my kitchen sink. My house is basically from the dinosaur age and has no built in dish washer. This means that I am the dishwasher, and must stand in front of the kitchen sink often and for extended periods of time. Then I found this device. It has been in front of my kitchen sink for a day and I use it briefly every time I walk by, and whenever I wash the dishes. FINALLY my charlie horse is getting the deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep stretch it so desperately craves! Now I can stretch my leg out again without fear of the charlie horse acting up. I wish I had found this thing sooner. Stretching without it just doesn't do the trick, not with a wall, not by hand, not with stretchy bands, nope. This thing was the cure. It's so good I almost want to call it magical. The relief it provides is magical for sure!! If you have a charlie horse, don't hesitate!!! The grip is sufficient, the design is sturdy wood and folds up flat for storage or travel. Absolutely worth the money. Yes. Buy this. Buy one for everywhere you have to stand for long periods of time. Send your charlie horse to the glue factory! Lol

Great Quality and Easy to Use
Iโm very happy with this slant board! It feels sturdy, supports my weight without any issues, and the adjustable angles make it easy to find the perfect stretch. Itโs great for stretching my calves, ankles, and feet, and it folds flat for easy storage. The non-slip surface adds extra stability, and it has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommend!

Highly effective calf stretcher
Excellent effective simple product. First used a similar device at physical therapy but this model has larger range of easily adjustable slant (we prefer less of a slant). We think so highly of this board that we have gifted it to others. Anyone out there pounding the pavement or just collecting steps should be using one of these

This simple tool can change your life.
It can take weeks for some to get to the second setting and possibly months to reach the third. But once achieved, and used as directed for 120 second intervals, youโll feel like a new person. It can even get rid of back pain.

Very easy to use and works well.
This works really well, and is convenient to use. It's very sturdy and stable, and has a lot of adjustability. It's small enough that I keep it in my kitchen to use regularly, and I don't worry about slipping off of it because the grip strips are really sturdy.

Good quality slant board, think about if you want one wider though
I'm pleased with this. The wood and construction is good quality. It does what it's supposed to do and is solid at the varying degrees, adjustment is easy and it folds perfectly for storage. After a few weeks for some reason the clasp stopped being able to fit into the eyehole and I can't figure out why, so it doesn't lock anymore but that's not a big deal. The non-slip texture works well. The only issue I have is that its not very wide and I didn't think about that when ordering. They should make a wide version which would be better for some exercises like squats. I would have gladly paid a little more for that version but otherwise it's a quality product.

Game changer!
I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last few months, and have tried compression socks and normal forms of exercise for my feet such as biking and using an elliptical in order to try to cure it, but nothing seemed to work. I would still wake up each morning with my feet booth hurting as soon as they touch the my wooden floor. I had almost given up hope and thought it was just due to me getting older until my friend showed me this slant board and had me try it out at his place. A couple of good minutes pass by with me getting some good stretches in, and I automatically knew I had get one of my own. It was a big game changer! I felt almost instant relief each time I used it in the morning when my feet would act up! Now i make sure to use at least 2-3 times a day to keep my calves well stretched, and my feet pain free through out my day. I feel like this the best purchase i made so far this year for my over all physical health! Its well built, easy to use and adjust in case you need to get a deep stretch in, and very affordable! I highly recommend it to anyone who has plantar faucitis or tight calf muscles, this slant board will make a difference!

Great for stretches
I've had tight calves for years, would do endless stretches but the way I walk always tightens my calves. This board is such a game changer for me. Easy to use and really helps with the stretches. I've now moved up one level and have noticed it's easier for me to attempt a deep squat
