This thing is AMAZING!!!! WAY more convenient than a mop and bucket, quiet, light, simple to use! Can’t say enough about this thing! Got rid of my mops! Scrubs and shines the floors very well. The heat easily removes stains and stubborn spots. Only complaint is the water container is small. You’ll have to refill if you’re doing a large room. But it detaches easily, quickly, refill in seconds, you’re out the pit and back in the race in seconds 🤣😂

I love this steam mop and so do my kids! It’s so easy to move around and gets my floors clean in no time with little effort, using only water!! The floor seems to dry quicker than using any other type of mop and solution. It comes with two sets of scrub pads that you simply detach and throw in the washing machine. The price was great! It’s lightweight and does not leak. Its semi-sleek appearance allows us to store it easily in the closet. We’ve had the steam mop for many months now and it still continues to impress and amaze us! Don’t think over this purchase any longer…just buy it! You won’t regret it!!

OK, so this will be voice to text so in case the grammar is not great that is the reason but I’m kind of a very low resistant person and what I mean by that something has to be very easy. I have two young kids and third on the way, and I used to do like the spin mop, and it was a hassle because the timing with the children to mop the floors was always horrible and then the floor is wet that they all get wet, crawling or walking on the floor and whatever but this thing I just wanted I just bought it and I just wanted to test do a small area because I thought I don’t have a lot of energy but I want to see how it looks and let me tell you when I could say something is easy it is really easy. I had my less than one year-old crawling while I was able to clean the floors and yes, the floors were slightly wet, but not soaking wet in comparison into a spin mop and the dries quick especially if you turn on some fans and another note so however, it took me about 15 minutes to clean most most of my floors and you know where household that wear slippers because there’s always a mess and it’s also like the floor can be cold so I am very sensitive to dirty floors to feeling dirty floors you know and let me tell you without doing a second go over without adding any extra cleaner my floors feel clean. I feel good to walk on my floor barefoot and that’s like food messes kids. We have to bring our stroller inside. We have neighbors of dogs if you struggle with a spin mop and it’s always a hassle for you to do the whole song and dance I really recommend you buy and try and I’m sure you will not be disappointed as well as if you do want cleaner what I would do if I were to do at a different time as I would just recommend having a spray bottle with like floor cleaner of proper floor cleaner, dilution, and just spray it before you wipe over the area it’s not that big of a deal.

I’ve had my Shark mop since January. It took some getting used to at first, but I generally like it. Here’s what I like about my Shark mop. First, it does a better job cleaning my floors overall. I have hardwood oak floors, and the Shark does a better job than my manual floor mop. It’s like brushing your teeth with an electric toothbrush rather than a manual one. The mop pads spin and shrub cleaning more efficiently than I can with a manual floor mop. Second, because of this I don’t have to work as hard to get my floors clean. It requires less physical effort on my part. Third, it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver even under tables and beds. Here’s what I don’t like about my Shark mop. First, logistics. Because it has a pretty short power cord, and you’re not supposed to use an extension cord, I have to plan where I plug it in so I don’t back myself into a place where I must wait until the floor dries so I can move. I found starting far away from where I plug it in and moving toward the outlet works for me. Just leave an “alley” to escape and move on. Second, because of the round mop heads, it doesn’t do well with inside corners or along rug edges. It depends how fussy you are about missing those areas, and it’s easy tocatch a rug edge and damage it if you’re not careful. Third, the tank is too small to do my whole house. I have to stop and refill it three or four times to get the job done. Sometimes I still use my old manual mop for quick clean-ups, but for regular weekly cleaning I depend on my Shark. I’ve bought a supply of new mop heads after several months of using the first ones, so they lasted pretty long.

Works well. Does what it says. I saw a lot of reviews saying it left swirly dirt marks but I think it’s honestly just getting old dirt up that I never could before, so it’s worth it to use this a couple of times for a deep clean, and then just use for maintenance. I’m excited to go over all my floors a few times with this and get them nice and clean. I rent and the floors have really needed a deep clean for a while now. It doesn’t really get corners or nooks/tight spaces very well, but I have baseboards I need to clean anyway so it’s not a big deal for me to get the corners on my own. I have a small place but the water reservoir held enough for me to go over my kitchen and bathroom once, and that was me going pretty slow and keeping the pads in one spot for a while to really scrub. I vacuumed first but it did catch some hair and things that the vacuum missed which was nice. I can easily wash the pads by hand which I prefer rather than putting them in the washing machine. Overall this is a great product for someone that has a small place and no room for a bucket to mop regularly. I’d probably use it if I had a larger house as well but the reservoir might have to be refilled pretty often on your first few cleans. It’s also probably not the hottest steamer out there, I have a handheld one that I think gets a bit hotter. This product is designed for emergency shut off so expect it to turn off if you try to maneuver it into a small space. Personally, it doesn’t bother me because I’d rather it have the safety features and heat control. I don’t think this product necessarily saves more time than using a scrub mop and some elbow grease for a “deep” clean, as you will probably have to go over your floor a few times with it. What I do appreciate about it however is it eliminates the hard work of scrubbing, which gets old fast. Just keep in mind it doesn’t scrub harder than you probably can by hand. I can definitely scrub harder by hand.

I recently purchased the Shark Steam & Scrub Mop, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best cleaning tools I’ve added to my home. If you're looking for something that tackles both wood and tile floors with ease, this mop delivers on all fronts. There are three settings. Highest is for tile or VTL floors, lowest and medium can be used on wood floors. First off, it does well on tile floors. The rotating pads combined with steam power lift stuck-on grime effortlessly. It will not scrub hard enough to clean your grout lines. I have yet to find a machine that does both. The steam function and scrub feature allow you to sanitized without excess moisture. But where it really surprised me was on wood floors. I was initially hesitant to use steam on my hardwood floors, but figured I would just try it out. I went straight for the floors in front of our patio door - a high traffic area. Briefly - I have old parquet square tile wood floors that desperately need to be refinished, but the thought of moving furniture out and moving it back in is far from appealing. Needless to say I have water stains and buildup that I can't seem to get off. This steam and scrub did it! I could not believe it. I have used other steamers on my wood floors, but this one did the trick and steaming and scrubbing essentially buffed my floors. The pads are reusable (they come with two sets) and easy to wash. I am definitely going to order more. Pros: Excellent cleaning power on both tile and wood Buffs wood floors to a nice shine Lightweight and easy to use Quiet operation Eco-friendly with washable pads Cons: tight corners cannot be reached. Cord not long enough. Overall, the Shark Steam & Scrub Mop is a fantastic investment for anyone serious about keeping their floors clean and looking great.

I have owned several steam mops over the years, by far this is my favorite. It’s effortless cleaning. I have a bad back and with this steam mop, you don’t have to exert a lot of effort to clean your floors because the mob does all the cleaning on its own. So easy to use and it really does a great job cleaning the floors. On tougher stains I use a spray bottle with water and vinegar. Give it a quick spray wait a few seconds and it comes right off with the mop.

Lightweight. Easy to assemble (except the water tank. Pull hard!). Very flexible, gets right next to baseboards etc. Steam very easy to use and no risk of burning self. Not sure how clean the floor gets with just water but so far so good. I hoped for better results on the grout, tho. Couldn’t see any improvement over sponge mop. But much less work than carrying a heavy bucket of water!

What a scam. I bought the steamer and it wasn't working properly. It was shutting off every 5 minutes. When I was trying to return i hand to pay for shipping to send it back. What a BS.

Bought in February… the steam part is broken and does not heat anymore.

Easy to use , great product quick mop time saver , good cleaning very effective. Will recommend to family and friends

Openly just opened this product after house move took a lot longer than expected to find that the item has a US style plug end. Not advertised as such and no good when you live in the UK. Disgraceful. Not happy with the item or the false advertising at all

This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.
