Great for switching 2 amps between ne set of speakers - Got two Fosi BT20A single source amps. Needles are totally inaccurate though, and the volume does need to be up a bit to even get them to move, but they're a nice enough addition. For an amp switch, it's perfect

This is not particularly cheap, but is easy to install and works well. It looks smart when in use. Perhaps the only downside is that I chose the dark coloured meter option. The unit has ver fine needles on the meters and they can be diifficult to see, but this is a mall issue. The light coloured meters might be easier to see. However, it's a worthwhile addition to a hi-fir separates system.

superb and funky gadget , reminds me of sitting in my bedroom in the 70s listening to my taped top 30 cassette on my old akai tape deck, the swinging scale defo improves the sound :)

Comments as the title. This has a solid build, feels good and high quality. Great positive switching action from the relays. Nice, subtle speaker and input leds on the front panel. No perceivable impact on the passed-through signal. However, the subtle indicator leds are overwhelmed with the brightness of the backlight of the vu meters themselves. Even though I opted for the black faceplates, the rear illumination is still rather bright. There is an element of adjustment of the brightness available through the power button on the unit and separate controls on the remote, but even the dimmest setting is still too bright for my taste. We'll see how it goes. Worst case is I take the unit apart and apply some automotive tint to the vu meters... Overall very happy.

I bought the 'black' version and it works great. But, part of the enjoyment is seeing the meter pointers moving at a reasonable distance. The red pointers on a black background is difficukt, for me, to see movement. I've returned this version and ordered the 'yellow' version; if that shows no omprovemet in vision, for me, then l'll just live with it. I'm using it with 2 amplifiers; an AV receiver amplifier and a stereo amoplifier Fosi ZD3/ZA3 system. I am using a PC mini/foobar2000 as a free media streamer as the audio feed to the Fosi ZD3, The spaekers are Dali Oberon 5.

I use this to switch between Hifi amp and surround sound and stereo speakers and 5.1 channels. It’s a great way to mix and match and to AB test new speakers. The meters are also a bit of visual fun. For the money I think it’s good value, and useful kit

Easy to wire up the visual effects are brilliant although you have to turn the volume up To Energise the display, If you’ve got a high-five with this kind of equipment added to it, you’re only gonna turn them volume up anyway so you’re on Winner. Vu Meter / Wattage totally inaccurate

I’ve been an audiophile and techie most my life and love testing and comparing equipment especially since my first job as a teen where I had access to a room full of audio equipment with switchers to let customers hear the differences. But since those days, I’ve mostly had to rely on memory when trying to compare my own equipment. I have also always been a fan of the vintage and high end feel of analog meters. I never thought to buy a separate switcher or meter because it seemed impractical but here comes Fosi to solve those two things in one, high-quality, efficient and affordable product! I first learned about Fosi a few years ago when I was looking for a solution to put some extra speakers I had to use in my bedroom with emphasis on getting the best sound I could and also modern flexibility to use with my TV and streaming from other devices. After looking at a lot of options, including high end streaming amps and smart speakers that all didn’t seem good enough for the price they were asking for, I came across the Fosi T-20 which seemed too good to be true but I took the risk and haven’t been happier since. I’m getting better sound than most the other options I looked at for a fraction of the price and I even have a cool hybrid tube amp that fulfills the desire I’ve also always had for tube equipment. When hooking up this amp for the fist time, I tested it with all the extra speakers I had to see which ones matched for the best sound but being impatient with having to switch wiring every time, I didn’t do more than one quick listen with each one to decide and left it at that. Since then, I’ve felt I could improve my sound systems everywhere with Fosi equipment so I’ve been checking them out and mainly focusing on their amplifiers until I heard about their new DAC that just came out and then read the features of the LC30 when I was browsing their products. I could use it to give my speakers a true A-B test and add a cool meter to my T-20 at the same time! First thing I noticed when I got the LC30 was the quality, protective packaging to make sure the item inside was unharmed from shipping. The item itself is very cleanly designed and feels solid. Setup and operation is simple and straightforward and it’s nice they used all the buttons on the kind of generic remote to give you different ways to change the settings. I don’t have a tool to test how accurate the meters are but they seem to work fine and let’s face it, it’s just fun to watch the lit up meters dance while your system is playing. For those who have the tools or desire, it’s very easy to dial in the sensitivity of the meters although I don’t think you can set it for two different amps at the same time since there is only one analog dial but that hasn’t come into play for me yet as I’m only using it for one amp at the moment. Switching speakers is seamless with no pop, click or anything else jarring. It just switches flawlessly between my two setups and I can finally give them a true comparison which has already been a very revealing experience for me. I did notice that overall output is decreased slightly with the LC30 between the amp and speakers but that was to be expected and I never listen at full volume anyways so there is still plenty of headroom to work with. Overall, the LC30 is a great addition and tool for me to finally have again as I almost forgot how invaluable it is to be able to switch equipment on the fly. Right now, I have my two top contending speakers set up so I can just switch whenever I have a feel for hearing their different signatures or when one is better suited for the content I’m listening to and it’s another benefit I never gave much thought to having in my audio systems. Highly recommend and I look forward to adding more Fosi products to my systems!

the indicators don't move with love volume listening despite the knop set to max. besides that, It's perfect. I will pro return this to a more sensitive unit. the light is also too bright even at the lovest setting.

If you are one of those weird audiophile types that has multiples of EVERYTHING, you need at least one of these. I am one of those weirdos. I have 4 variations of this and this one is my favorite. I am always comparing different amps and speakers. This lets you do it via remote control and stay seated in your listening position. If works well, its easy to use and setup, and looks good. At the price, it is a good value. It is a little bigger than some of the others, but I like the look so that was a plus for me.
