Wonderful flavor!!
Awesome quality flavoring! I use a cap full to make mocktails & I love having a 7 oz bottle handy. Will absolutely order this again!!

This is a strong flavoring and hard to find.
This is a very strong flavoring. I recommend that you use less than your recipe calls for and taste test before using the full recipe amount. We were making Black Walnut ice cream which both my wife and I love. We started with 1/2 the amount of flavoring the recipe called for and found it to be plenty flavorful.

Non alcoholic rum and Coke?
Happy Home Imitation Rum Flavoring, Non-Alcoholic, Certified Kosher, 7 oz. I’m cutting out alcohol. So I found this rum flavoring, added it to my cola and it tasted like a Rum and Coke to me. It helps me get through happy hour alcohol free and that’s a good thing.

Nice product when used within reason
Add a little depth to your flavor profiles. For an extract, this is surprisingly inoffensive. Most extracts will give a harsh concentration of aftertaste. This does not. I typically only add this to my cookies, boosting the taste of butter within the dough. For this purpose it works nicely, provided not too much is added. The price point is not horrendous for the amount received and for the concentration of the extract being fairly high while being alcohol-free.

The Butternut flavoring is very good.
My Mom made the best Butternut cake in the world. This is the only flavoring that she would use. I would pay a lot of money for her to make one more.

The most Horrible taste
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else. Far from having a pleasant coconut note, it tastes bitter. I used one tablespoon and there was absolutely no flavor; I had to increase the dosage, and the only result was a horrible, bitter taste that—far from making my Raffaello cream exquisite—ruined it completely, forcing me to start over. Obviously, I didn't use that liquid again—the stuff they try to pass off as coconut essence.

Tastes good but watered down
It actually tastes like natural strawberries but it's super weak so I had to use half the bottle for one cake. (It's mostly water so if you don't reduce the liquids in your cake it'll mess up the recipe).
