Although it does state an additional serving may be taken if desired prior to physical activity. This will obviously reduce the supplied quantity far quicker. Especially for those wanting to do this and are working out several times a week. I have consumed an additional serving on training days and I am pleased with the outcome. My mood and energy have been enhanced, while remaining with a calm feeling, and my mind has also been clearer throughout the rest of the day. I feel happier and more uplifted and yet without any detrimental side effects. It is challenging to quantify gym gains made entirely from this item because so many factors and variables are involved. I do think some improvement is present and I do not think it is due to a placebo effect. In general my mental health seems improved. I feel more balanced/slightly uplifted and energised from taking it. It would be good if a better value for money larger quantity was available for sale.
